Recently, the "Northern Company Youth Staff Observation and Talking Exchange Meeting" was held in the shantytown renovation project department of Hebei Town, Fangshan District, with more than 50 young employees from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei projects participating in the meeting, which was presided over by Jiao Chen, secretary of the general branch of the company.
This observation activity is themed on youth commando construction work and project advanced management experience learning, with youth group building activities, expansion and exchange. Everyone actively shared their views and suggestions on learning the spirit of "19th National Congress", enterprise development and construction, and self-improvement of young employees, which deepened the communication and understanding between each other and achieved good results.
At 10:00 a.m., Liang Fei, the executive manager of the project, introduced the project overview and highlighted the advanced management experience such as youth commando construction and "smart site". Liang Fei pointed out that the average age of the project management staff is 29 years old, and the project has formed a strong team culture through advanced, scientific and perfect system, which is committed to let the staff work and study actively and independently and more confidently, to effectively improve the team cohesion, enhance the sense of belonging and improve the working ability of young people. After that, Zhang Yue, secretary of the project party branch, and He Lianbing, production manager, organized a visit to the party building situation and construction site of the project department. The innovative management thinking and high standard site management won the admiration of the staff present.
At two o'clock in the afternoon, a talk and exchange meeting for young employees was held in the conference room of the project department, where they discussed the spirit of the "19th National Congress" report, shared Xi Jinping's series of speeches, the development of the enterprise, the development of youth work and how to make young people grow up quickly. The atmosphere was active and the seminar, which was planned to last two hours, lasted for nearly three and a half hours because of the good atmosphere and intense discussion.
During the seminar, Ban Guanglu of HR Department shared with everyone that the first thing we have to do is to insist on lifelong learning; to understand that in the first five years after graduation, growth is more important than making money; to endure loneliness, to think in loneliness, to mature in thinking and to sublimate in maturity. Liang Fei, the executive manager of the project, also shared his growth experience with the young employees, "must love the industry of their choice and persevere; to actively understand and learn the corporate development philosophy and cultural construction, and strive to be a corporate 'fellow traveler' to achieve self-worth". It is understood that the young employees reacted strongly to this activity and unanimously hoped that the leaders of the authorities and departments would come to the projects more often to guide and communicate with the young employees, so that the grassroots employees in the front line would feel the care of the northern family.
In his concluding speech, Jiao Chen pointed out that this activity was very successful. He hoped that after this activity, everyone would actively reflect on the summary and bring the spirit of forward thinking, flexibility and daring to try into work. The next step is to hope that we will, first, firmly believe and build a solid ideological foundation. We should firmly establish political awareness, global awareness, core awareness, awareness of alignment, enhance the four "self-confidence", based on their own duties, promote the continuous development of the enterprise to show the value of youth, to be the enterprise "with the road". Second, we must continue to learn and achieve rapid self-growth. Use effective time to continuously learn professional knowledge, strengthen their own cultivation, improve personal comprehensive quality, and reflect the spirit of enterprise. Third, use the effective platform to realize self-worth. Youth commando team, young workers competition, knowledge competition, sports and cultural activities and other platforms, is an important way to play their respective strengths, enhance team awareness and maintain the vitality of youth performance, I hope you actively participate in the company's construction and production work to help promote a strong. Fourth, we should be bold to voice out and jointly improve the level of corporate management. The young employees in the front line are the executors of the company's management, and also the implementers of the company's management concept. They should learn to record and summarize the problems encountered in the implementation of the system, dare to ask questions, dare to speak out, actively communicate with the higher level, and use everyone's wisdom to jointly improve the management level of the company.
During the activity, the young employees also had a group building activity. The staff present were divided into 4 teams, and through the name remembering game, captain selection, team flag drawing, team song singing, image display and tug of war, they enhanced friendship and deepened understanding in a cheerful and tense atmosphere.
