With the continuous development and expansion of the enterprise scale, the projects under construction of the group continue to increase and are more and more widely distributed, which virtually puts forward higher requirements and greater challenges to the enterprise management ability and level. Since last year, the prices of materials and machinery have continued to rise, and labor shortages have occurred from time to time, which has had a certain impact and pressure on the projects under construction. Therefore, how to achieve the strategic goal of "strengthening the foundation, strengthening the foundation, improving quality and efficiency" and ensure the stable and healthy development of the enterprise has become the top priority of the group, especially the leadership team this year. On the basis of field research, the chairman held an exchange and discussion with the managers of the project department, guided the cadres and workers to correctly view the current situation and development of the construction industry, encouraged everyone to face the difficulties of the industry, strengthen their confidence and determination to win, adhere to the problem orientation and "survive" the difficulties. The chairman stressed that the first is to formulate differentiated service standards for different customers in combination with the needs of strategic customers, and make targeted quality planning to highlight the company's brand to ensure high-quality service. Fifth, the project manager should fully stimulate his potential, dare to put forward higher work objectives and management standards for project management, and strengthen the control of major matters in the process; We should have the courage to put pressure on ourselves and achieve rapid growth through continuous innovation management and high standard management; The more pressure and difficulties, the more the project manager should bring the optimistic spirit and attitude to the team, which is the requirement for the "leader".
