In order to realize the second take-off of the enterprise and realize the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise, the company organized and held the 2018 work seminar from January 11 to 13. 69 leaders from construction, investment and development sectors, heads of subsidiaries and branches, managers of government departments, some project managers and key employees gathered together to actively discuss the contents of the "third five year plan" strategy, the implementation of the strategy from 2016 to 2017, the strategic KPI indicators from 2018 to 2020, the working ideas in 2018 and the development of various business sectors on the basis of summarizing the gains and losses in 2017, Start a new journey of enterprise development.
During the seminar, the company invited two experts and teachers in the industry to interpret the macroeconomic and industry situation, develop ideas and innovate ideas. Subsequently, the participants comprehensively reviewed the contents of the "third five year plan" strategy, reflected and summarized the implementation of the strategy from 2016 to 2017, and compared the deviation with the strategic objectives. The personnel in the three sectors of construction, real estate and investment respectively conducted PEST analysis of the external environment and SWOT analysis based on pest, and comprehensively sorted out the strategic KPI indicators from 2018 to 2020 from the financial level, customer level, process level and learning and growth level. In the group discussion, the three sections discussed and refined the 2018 strategic KPI indicators according to the sorted 2018-2020 strategic KPI indicators. At the same time, 3-5 propositions were selected for special discussion. During the two-and-a-half-day discussion, everyone spoke freely, brainstormed and put forward suggestions on the development of the company, gathering a strong driving force and clear direction for the new development of the company.
The discussion focused on the past and the future of the company, especially the discussion on KPI, which played an important role in promoting the future development of the company.
