A number of "hard core" technologies of Beijing Urban Construction North Group were unveiled at the Service Trade Fair.

Key Technology of Ice and Snow Stadium Construction
The Erqi Factory National Ice and Snow Project Science Training Base and the Saihanba National Ice Project Training Center project, as supporting training venues for the country to prepare for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, are of great significance to the scientific training of athletes and excellent results.
Among them, Erqi Factory Speed Skating Hall is the first speed skating hall built in Asia on the carbon dioxide cooling technology avenue. It consists of a 400-meter avenue speed skating and two 61-meter × 31-meter ice rinks in the inner circle. The pressure-bearing layer of the ice plate is seamlessly poured at one time, and the flatness is accurately controlled within 2mm. 100000 meters of seamless manganese steel and 16000 welds were welded on site, and all the flaw detection tests were qualified. Saihanba National Ice Project Training Center 12000 square meters of ice plate pressure layer one-time seamless pouring, flat, solid, no cracks. The 122000 m stainless steel welded ice-making pipeline is all qualified in flaw detection.
According to the appraisal of Beijing Municipal Commission of housing and urban rural development, the research and application of carbon dioxide cooling system technology in Avenue Speed Skating Hall, the research and application of air conditioning refrigeration dehumidification and mechanical and electrical installation technology of Avenue Speed Skating Hall have reached the domestic leading level, and the research and application of seamless construction technology of concrete in pressure layer of Avenue Speed Skating Plate has reached the international advanced level.

Synchronous Installation Technology of Large-span Steel Grid Integrated Electromechanical System
The roof of the speed skating hall of Erqi Factory's National Ice and Snow Project Science Training Base adopts a mixed ball node grid, which is 192 meters long from east to west and 78 meters wide from north to south. It is constructed as a super-large span grid. The group's project management team adopted the self-developed key technology for the overall hydraulic lifting construction of the large-span hybrid ball node three-layer steel grid, and through 18 groups of lifting platforms, together with the 1.25-meter-diameter super-large-diameter spiral air duct and the 3000-meter-long bridge, the overall lifting was in place simultaneously with the grid, thus shortening the construction period.
Saihanba National Ice Project Training Center Project independently developed the optimization technology of large-span steel grid based on grid encryption technology according to the original "bolt ball welding ball" hybrid node grid design scheme, and innovatively proposed the optimization design and supporting construction method of "lower chord grid encryption and upper chord special pressure bolt sleeve", realizing the assembly construction of all members and nodes of the grid structure without welding. This technical achievement saves the construction cost, shortens the construction period, and provides a reference for the optimization design and installation of similar large-span steel grids.
According to the appraisal of Beijing Municipal Commission of housing and urban rural development, the research on comprehensive construction technology for reconstruction and reuse of steel structure components of old industrial buildings has reached the international advanced level, and the research and application of optimal design of long-span steel grid frame based on grid encryption technology, key technology of overall hydraulic lifting construction of long-span steel grid frame and key technology of overall hydraulic lifting construction of large-span mixed ball node three-layer steel grid frame have reached the domestic leading level.

The group has undertaken a number of super-high-rise buildings such as Malaysia KLCC Pearl Building (173 m), Baiweinian Ambassador Residence (178 m), Kuala Lumpur Elite Baiweinian Shopping Mall (270 m), Kuala Lumpur Banyan Tree Hotel (298 m), Sofitel-Jumeilai Hotel Complex (341 m), forming key technological advantages with Chinese enterprise characteristics and independent property rights.
In the process of continuous exploration and accumulation in the field of super high-rise building construction, the group independently developed and summarized major technical achievements such as the construction technology of irregular facade climbing frame of super high-rise building, the construction technology of super high-rise prestressed structure transfer layer, the construction technology of super high-rise concrete structure formwork system, the overall lifting construction technology of super high-rise large-span steel structure corridor, the movement analysis technology of super high-rise concrete structure curtain wall of complex shape, and BIM comprehensive application technology of super high-rise building, A number of achievements have reached the domestic leading or international advanced level, and continue to promote the improvement and development of enterprise scientific and technological innovation capabilities.
Research on Construction Technology of Intelligent Construction in Assembly Building
The Group actively responded to the call of the state and the government, and carried out fruitful exploration and development in smart construction and assembly engineering. Up to now, the group has built more than 50 assembly-type buildings, including the nine-year consistent school of Beijing city sub-center, Tongzhou campus of Beijing health vocational college, Hefei mountain lake cloud building, Langfang times one and other assembly-type projects. While vigorously developing assembly construction, the Group grasps the future development needs of the construction industry to be intelligent, gives full play to its own technical accumulation in intelligent construction, and forms a set of application technology of intelligent construction in assembly construction. This technology carries out independent research and development and effective integration of many technologies, such as prefabricated building informatization, three-dimensional virtual construction, full life cycle multi-dimensional management, building construction technology based on interactive virtual environment simulation training, automatic construction and so on.
