Recently, good news came from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Seven projects of Beijing Urban Construction North Group were awarded the title of "epidemic-free site" for housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects in Beijing (referred to as "epidemic-free" site for epidemic prevention and control in Beijing).

It is reported that this creation activity is the first time that the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has created an evaluation project, with a view to further strengthening the normalized prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic at the construction site of the city's housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects, and ensuring the realization of "zero input, zero infection," Zero spread "effectively guarantees the life safety and health of the majority of construction workers.

The creation of "epidemic-free site" is carried out in accordance with the application of the general contractor of the project construction, the examination and approval of the district housing and urban (city) construction department, and the evaluation process of the municipal housing and urban construction committee. "epidemic-free site" is issued to projects with orderly organization, strict management, accurate measures and remarkable results, showing the good epidemic prevention and control level and complete emergency control measures on the construction site.

A total of 82 projects have been evaluated for this creation, and 7 projects of the Group are on the list. The acquisition of "epidemic-free site" is an affirmation of the enterprise's strict implementation of the government and higher-level units of the epidemic prevention and control deployment requirements, adhere to the normalization of the epidemic prevention and control work, highlighting the Group's responsibility and responsibility to effectively protect the health and safety of front-line workers and construction personnel.
