Digitalization is an important means to reduce costs and increase efficiency and empower management. Accelerating the update and integration of the "two modernizations" system is the key work of the fourth five-year strategic cycle of Beijing Urban Construction North Group.

After preliminary planning and design, information system development and construction, pilot project supplementary recording data business verification and other work, at present, the group's new version of the integrated business management information system (phase I) has the basic conditions for the first phase of online promotion and implementation, and is scheduled to be officially launched on June 29. Recently, the group organized the first system use training to ensure that the operators are skilled in operating the system and smoothly promote the online work of the system.

Wu Dan, vice president of the group and general manager of the operation management center, Yin Pengfei, general manager of the business management center, and external experts attended the training meeting. The operation supervisor of the Group Business Management Center, the operation principals and operation supervisors of each secondary organization, the project operation manager and operation supervisor, and the material supervisor participate in the training.

With the continuous development of enterprises, the management needs for in-depth data analysis, accurate decision-making and effective risk prevention and control have become increasingly prominent. Only relying on the original standard version of software can no longer meet these increasingly complex and refined management needs.

Since May 2022, the Group has started the construction of the integration of the two, carrying out management standardization and information business process reengineering. In accordance with the principle of "standard-led, data-driven, overall planning, and step-by-step implementation", with "management process, process standardization, standard informatization, and data integration" as the overall goal, through planning and design, customized development plans, and phased construction, Gradually realize the transformation of enterprise management from "process-driven" to "data-driven", and create an exclusive digital management platform that meets the future development needs of the group.

At the meeting, Yin Pengfei, general manager of the business management center of the group, deeply analyzed the system design ideas and put forward clear requirements for the application of the system. The new system will focus on project target responsibility, with cost accounts as the core, cost dynamic management throughout the whole process of contract performance, and realize the collection and analysis of cost data.

Wu Dan, vice president of the group and general manager of the operation management center, pointed out that there will be a period of pain in switching between the old and new systems, requiring professionals from all units to be familiar with the business logic and operation of the system as soon as possible, and jointly promote the digital construction of the enterprise.
