The Group's 2024 "Quality Month" campaign is fully launched.

On the occasion of the 47th national "quality month", in order to implement the strategy of "strengthening quality support and building a strong quality country" and promote the high-quality development of enterprises, Beijing Urban Construction North Group recently held the launching ceremony of the group's 2024 "quality month" activity in Sujiatuo industrial housing project, which opened the prelude to the three-month "100 days of quality improvement" activity.

Yu Zhengwei, head of the project of Sujiatuo Town Cooperative Economic Union, Lei Zhenyuan, executive president of the group, Wang Zhenxing, chief engineer, Zhuang Shaohua, project director of Beijing Tongfa Construction Engineering Supervision Company, and other leaders attended the meeting. More than 100 people attended the meeting, including technical leaders of secondary institutions, Beijing Tianjin Hebei project manager, project chief engineer, deputy production manager and quality supervisor.

The Group's 2024 "Quality Month" and 100-day quality improvement activities will focus on quality promotion, strengthening process management and creating a comprehensive quality management atmosphere for all employees. Focus on self-examination and self-correction and special inspection, strictly implement the quality management system, strengthen the model guidance work, through the development of special quality research, organizational standardization and map reading and teaching program activities, consolidate basic business management, further strengthen the project quality, and improve the overall quality management level of the group.

Lei Zhenyuan, executive president of the group, put forward requirements for the "quality month" activity. He pointed out that all units should conscientiously plan and organize the activity, innovate the content and form of the activity in combination with the actual project, and make the "quality month" activity an important starting point for promoting high-quality development; continue to promote the standardization of quality management and the whole process quality management, strengthen the quality awareness, improve the project quality, and comprehensively create a "warranty free" project, to ensure the group's full performance in 2024 with high-quality engineering quality.

In the subsequent observation and exchange of the physical quality of the Sujiatuo industrial housing project and the physical model display area, the participants carefully studied and exchanged management experiences and excellent practices, and will bring the excellent experiences and practices back to their respective projects, setting off an upsurge of quality management improvement within the group and pushing the overall quality management level of the group to a new height.
