On September 6, the 11th super typhoon "Capricorn" landed in Hainan with a thunderous force. Its wind force exceeded the limit of level 17 and became the strongest typhoon in Hainan since 1949. Haikou, this beautiful coastal city, has suffered unprecedented damage. In the face of the disaster, the South China Project Management Department of Beijing Urban Construction North Group, adhering to the responsibility and responsibility of the capital enterprise, acted quickly, took the initiative to dock with the Haikou Housing and Construction Bureau, deployed elite forces, and set up a joint rescue team with Beijing urban construction brother units. into the arduous task of post-disaster reconstruction.

After the post-disaster rescue rally was sounded, on the 9th, the rescue team gathered nearly 20 people, actively coordinated resources, and prepared 7 muck trucks, 3 forklifts, wood grabbing machines, chain saws and other heavy equipment.
