The group has undertaken the renovation and construction of 7 residential areas, including No. 61 courtyard of Enjizhuang and Dongli of Luozhuang, with a total construction area of 172000 square meters.

At present, all communities have basically completed the replacement of external windows, external wall insulation, paint, roof waterproofing, roof tile installation and other engineering tasks. The next step will be to complete a series of renovation tasks such as the replacement of indoor water supply and drainage pipelines, the repair of public area walls and stair handrails, the repair of unit entrance steps, road paving, walls, etc.

Since the start of construction, under the premise of fully implementing the epidemic prevention and control measures, the project has actively promoted the construction progress. In the initial household survey process, the project communicated with residents many times to solve the practical difficulties in the housing process for the common people. Due to the large occupancy rate of owners in the old community, parking intensive, green area is small, personnel accommodation and epidemic prevention is the focus. The project department should pay close attention to the closed-loop management of the "2.1 line" of the resident site, do a good job in the regular environmental new crown inspection of the site, strengthen the safety production risk control and hidden danger investigation and management of the construction site, and effectively protect the life safety and health of residents and operators. Timely respond to the reasonable demands of the masses and effectively solve the problems existing in the construction.

In the next stage, the project department will pay close attention to the planned objectives, reasonably optimize the construction process, further strengthen the all-round management of quality, safety, environmental protection and civilized construction in the construction process, steadily promote the transformation process of old residential areas, and ensure the successful completion of livelihood projects benefiting the people as soon as possible.
