During the discussion, new and old party members shared their growth experience and work experience. Closely combined with their own work, they fully exchanged views on how to understand the identity of Party members, improve the cultivation of party spirit, enhance their comprehensive quality and ability, and how to play the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members in operation and production.

After listening carefully to the party members' exchanges, Secretary Zhang Quan put forward several expectations for the new party members.
