Sofitel Kuala Lumpur-Jumilai Hotel Complex Project is the fifth super high-rise project undertaken by Beijing Urban Construction North Group in Malaysia after Pearl Tower, Banyan Tree Hotel, Elite Baiwei Year and Ambassador Residence. The project is invested and developed by Singapore Holly Group, with a total construction area of 260000 square meters, an above-ground construction area of about 200000 square meters, and an underground construction area of 60000 square meters. The project involves many construction difficulties such as the overall hoisting of super-large cantilever bearings of steel continuous bridges at a height of 200 meters. It is a super-large complex building with high technical construction requirements.

In the process of construction, the Group's project team is not only faced with the technical construction difficulties of super high-rise buildings, but also faced with the construction difficulties of narrow construction sites in the golden zone, high risk factors, vertical transportation and other construction difficulties, especially the continuous new crown epidemic also formed a great pressure on the normal construction management. Pressure is the driving force, forcing the on-site team to strengthen accurate identification of problems, rapid follow-up and response, make full use of internal and external expert resources combined with professional capabilities, timely form the "best path" to solve the problem, and find the "road map" of super high-rise construction by solving these difficulties ".

Facing the construction of super-large cantilever bearings for steel continuous bridges with an altitude of nearly 200 meters, the project team selected the advanced formwork system of PERI, an international formwork service provider, and cooperated with professional engineers to calculate that the cantilever supports nearly 200 tons. On-site management personnel strictly implemented the safety technical disclosure, supervision, inspection, and acceptance work during the construction process, and successfully completed the pouring of the super-large cantilever support of the ultra-high-altitude steel continuous bridge within one and a half months.
