Recently, Beijing Urban Construction Northern Group has received numerous letters of commendation and gratitude, as well as awards, from construction units and local governments. This is a high recognition of the Group's active practice of social responsibility and high-quality fulfillment of contracts, and it further encourages the Group to continue to strive forward on its future development path and create more value for society.

             

The Hainan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development expressed its gratitude to the Group for overcoming numerous difficulties, taking the initiative, and assisting the disaster-stricken areas in quickly carrying out post-disaster recovery and reconstruction work during the fight against the super typhoon "Ma Ke".

In September, the super typhoon "Ma Ke" landed in Hainan with devastating force, causing unprecedented damage to Haikou. The Group's South China Project Management Department actively coordinated resources such as mechanical equipment, clearing away fallen trees and garbage on both sides of the road for nearly 4 kilometers in Fengxiang Wetland Park and Yehai Avenue, demonstrating the company's responsibility and dedication through practical actions.

Beijing Future Science City Industrial Development Company gave high praise to the team of the Beijing Synthetic Biology Manufacturing Technology Innovation Center renovation project for their spirit of overcoming difficulties and strict discipline in the construction, as well as their professionalism in strictly controlling quality and safety and adhering to technological innovation.

The Beijing Synthetic Biology Manufacturing Technology Innovation Center renovation project has a total construction area of 10,265 square meters, with a roof renovation area of 2,667 square meters. It includes a clean room and laboratory with a cleanliness level of 100,000, which places extremely high demands on the project quality and the overall coordination between various professions. During the critical period of the project construction, faced with many unfavorable factors such as complex construction site conditions, tight deadlines, high construction difficulty, and complex surrounding environment, the project team planned ahead, implemented strict measures, worked day and night, fulfilled the contract efficiently, passed the completion acceptance inspection 12 days ahead of schedule and in one go, winning high recognition from all parties concerned. It is reported that the innovation center was recently successfully selected as one of the first batch of pilot projects for the Beijing Future Industry Cultivation Base.

Recently, the Qinghe Xiaoying project party branch received an award from the People's Government of Jiefanggou Town, Zhaojue County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The inscription "Benevolence throughout the world, love spreads to thousands of homes" on the award is not only high praise for the party branch, but also a vivid portrayal of its active fulfillment of social responsibilities and transmission of love and positive energy.

While advancing its own project construction, the Qinghe Xiaoying project party branch has not forgotten to give back to society and actively fulfill its social responsibilities. It donated funds to the impoverished mountainous areas of Jiefanggou Town, Zhaojue County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, to purchase learning materials for children and improve teaching facilities, conveying love and hope through practical actions.
