Good News | Group Project Wins National and Beijing Municipal Awards!

Recently, good news came from the China Construction Industry Association and the Beijing Urban Construction Science and Technology Promotion Association. The Shigezhuang Street Collective Economy Industrial Building Project in Changping District of the Group won the "National Construction Engineering Safety Production Standardization Construction Site Learning and Exchange Project" and the "Beijing Construction Engineering Smart Construction Site Technology Application AAA Construction Site" awards. This fully affirms the Group's high-standard management of safe and civilized construction and its pursuit of meticulous craftsmanship and intelligent manufacturing practices.

The Shigezhuang Street Collective Economy Industrial Building Project is the first high-end industrial park project in Beijing developed and constructed using the "dual coordination and dual investment" model. With a total construction area of 167,200 square meters, it will help build Zhongguancun Life Science Park into a "Life Valley" with globally leading standards after completion.

Since the start of the project, it has resolutely implemented the principle of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management," adhering to the construction concepts of standardization, digitalization, intelligence, and green development. All construction work has been carried out to high standards throughout the process. Through technological empowerment, the project has vigorously promoted the construction of a smart construction site, utilizing core technologies such as BIM and AI big data to integrate a smart construction site system. Deep integration with the construction site has improved the scientific and standardized management level of the construction site.

The project has won the titles of "Beijing Green and Safe Model Construction Site" and "Beijing Safety, Quality, and Smart Management Benchmark Construction Site." It has hosted over 2,000 visits for observation and exchange, receiving widespread praise from all sectors of society. It has played a good leading and exemplary role in promoting the standardized construction of safety production at construction sites and the application and implementation of smart construction site technology.
