The Group held a 2025 work seminar


Amidst the complex and volatile economic situation and increasingly fierce industry competition, Beijing Urban Construction Northern Group held a 2025 work seminar on December 27 to summarize the year's work, evaluate the progress of strategic goals, and gather wisdom and plan directions for the group's continued steady development under the new situation.

Group leaders, heads of central organs, departments, secondary institutions, project management departments, some project managers, and executive managers attended the meeting.

Wu Dan, Group Vice President and General Manager of the Operation Management Center, presided over the meeting.

 

At the seminar, Lei Zhenyuan, Executive President of the Group, delivered a report on the phased evaluation of the Group's "Four-Five" strategy. The report pointed out that in 2024, under the severe market conditions, although the Group was severely impacted and affected by the market, through the joint efforts of the Group's staff, it still demonstrated resilience in several key business areas, and the Group achieved positive results in business structure optimization and new market expansion.

Lei Zhenyuan, Executive President of the Group, delivered a report on the phased evaluation of the Group's "Four-Five" strategy.

 

In the face of market pressure and changes in the external environment, in 2025, the Group will ensure healthy development and stable operations, focusing on cash flow management and financial health, optimizing resource allocation, strengthening refined management, and further leveraging the Group's full industrial chain advantages on the path of transformation and upgrading, promoting faster exploration and expansion of emerging markets, and achieving the strategic goal of sustainable development.

In the group discussion session, participants conducted in-depth and enthusiastic discussions on three major topics: "Customer Market Direction and Strategy," "Ensuring the Safety of Group Assets," and "Improving Project Basic Management Capabilities." They actively offered advice and suggestions for the Group's development, and the important results of the seminar will be incorporated into the key work for 2025.

The day before the seminar, the Group organized a one-day comprehensive training session for cadres, inviting external experts to give special lectures to further promote the ideological unity of cadres at all levels of the Group, strengthen confidence, broaden horizons, enhance understanding, and lay a solid ideological and theoretical foundation for in-depth exchanges and discussions at the seminar, playing a positive role in promoting the seminar.

The course, "The Application of Mao Zedong's Strategic Thought and Management Art in Enterprise Management," allowed participants to draw wisdom from Mao Zedong's strategic thought, learning how to use a strategic perspective to grasp the overall situation in enterprise decision-making, and improve leadership and decision-making abilities.

The lecture on "Public Opinion Monitoring, Identification, and Response Management" enabled everyone to deeply understand the importance of public opinion management in maintaining the corporate brand image in today's information age and to master methods and strategies for dealing with public opinion crises. The "Marketing Knowledge" training, through an in-depth analysis of market dynamics and marketing techniques, helped Group cadres find their positioning in the fierce market competition and formulate precise marketing strategies.
