Five members of the group won the Beijing Municipal Excellent Project Manager and Excellent Construction Manager awards!


Recently, the Beijing Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2024 Beijing Outstanding Project Managers and Construction Engineers for Beijing construction enterprises. Two individuals from Beijing Urban Construction Northern Group were awarded the title of "Beijing Outstanding Project Manager," and three were awarded the title of "Beijing Outstanding Project Construction Engineer."

 

Outstanding Project Manager

Chen Mingdong, 45 years old, Bachelor's degree, Senior Engineer. With over ten years of experience as a project manager, he has led teams in numerous large-scale projects, including Fangshan University of Science and Technology, Xianghe Da'ai Hospital, Lotus Mountain Snow Town, and the Hengji Tianhui residential complex in Chaoyang District. His extensive experience and superb management skills have resulted in projects winning numerous awards, such as the Beijing Structural Great Wall Cup Gold Award and the Beijing Green and Safe Construction Site Award. His high standards in project management have earned him high praise from clients.

Xing Bo, 34 years old, Bachelor's degree, Engineer. He has overseen numerous challenging projects, including the Langfang Jinghan Junting, the Hebeizhen resettlement housing in Fangshan District, the Yuanbaoshan Town, and the Innovation Base resettlement housing, with a total construction area exceeding 700,000 square meters. He consistently adheres to a results-oriented culture, emphasizing process management to ensure full project fulfillment. The projects under his charge have repeatedly won awards such as the Beijing Structural Great Wall Cup and the Green and Safe Model Construction Site Award.

 

Outstanding Project Construction Engineer

Liu Chuang, joined the workforce in 1999, member of the Communist Party of China, Senior Engineer, Level 1 Construction Engineer in building construction, water conservancy, and highway engineering; has participated in the construction of numerous national key projects, including the Beijing International Club, Beijing Yintai Center, National Stadium, Olympic Village, Beijing Hotel, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Science Hall, repeatedly winning the Luban Award; while serving as project manager, he has created high-quality projects for well-known real estate companies such as Vanke, Poly, and Beijing Urban Construction Group. The project teams he led have consistently achieved excellent results in client evaluations, earning high recognition from clients.

Lu Kuan, 36 years old, Bachelor's degree, Engineer. The projects he has participated in, including Miyun No. 2 Middle School, Dongcheng District relocation housing, the Cuigezhuang Nangao Group A3 plot renovation, and the new Tsinghua University Chemistry Building, have all won the Beijing Structural Great Wall Cup. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality have earned him industry recognition and respect.

Li Haitao, 37 years old, Bachelor's degree, Senior Engineer. He has participated in numerous projects, including Jinyu Dacheng Linglong Tiandi, the New Palace Relocation Housing Project Phase III, Jinghan Junting, the Wangtan Slum Redevelopment Project, the Xi'an Jialian Phase III EPC project, and the Xi'an Far East YINENG Vilander Town. Due to his outstanding performance, his projects have repeatedly won the Beijing Structural Great Wall Cup Gold Award and the Beijing Green and Safe Model Construction Site title.

The number of engineering professional titles awarded achieved a historic breakthrough, with 28 intermediate engineers, 18 senior engineers, and 1 chief engineer. Currently, 35% of the Group's employees hold various intermediate and senior professional titles.
