New year, new look, and a vigorous new start. Beijing Construction Northern Group builders are working hard to advance project construction, ensuring high-quality and efficient project fulfillment, with a number of the group's projects reaching important milestones.

 

Dongsheng Town Xiaoying Building Materials City Collective Land Rental Housing

The project is located at the southeast corner of Qinghe Xiaoying Bridge in Haidian District, Beijing. With a total construction area of 89,200 square meters, it includes three rental residential buildings and one supporting public building. The project creates a quality living community and innovative street block, constructing a new urban form. Upon completion, it will make a positive contribution to optimizing the housing supply structure and serving and supporting local talent in the surrounding area.

Currently, the project has fully completed the positive and negative zero node target, with the fastest section already constructed to the fifth floor. It is planned to fully complete the structural topping out by June 2025.

 

Future Star Science Low-Carbon Industrial Park

The Phase II project of the Future Star Science Low-Carbon Industrial Park completed its structural topping out 29 days ahead of schedule. Located in Beiqijia Town, Changping District, Beijing, the project has a total construction area of 45,000 square meters. It is the second industrial space project in the Future Science City's "Energy Valley," and is expected to be completed and delivered in December 2025.

Since the start of construction, the project team has overcome numerous difficulties, including multiple overlapping construction operations, limited space, difficulties in material mobilization, and spatial misalignment. They achieved structural topping out ahead of schedule, receiving high praise from the construction and supervision units. Next, the project team will continue to ensure fulfillment and promote services to ensure that the project is completed and delivered on time and with high quality.

 

CASC Tianjin Industrial Base Phase III

The CASC Tianjin Industrial Base Phase III project is located in Xiqing District, Tianjin. It is one of the three major intelligent manufacturing production bases of CASC, a leading national enterprise in core information infrastructure. As a key project in Tianjin, it will make a positive contribution to building a strong network and a digital China upon completion.

The project team is working hard on the construction of municipal gardens. The project is scheduled for completion in March 2025 and has successfully passed the Tianjin Civilized Construction Site and Tianjin High-Quality Structural Engineering reviews.

 

Zhonghan Cloud Intelligent Industrial Park

The Zhonghan Cloud Intelligent Industrial Park, invested and constructed by CapitaLand of Singapore, is located in Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province. With a total construction area of 98,000 square meters, it is a new type of project integrating big data processing, cloud computing, and cloud storage. The exterior walls use energy-efficient building materials, and solar photovoltaic panels are installed on part of the roof to provide lighting for the building. The goal is to obtain LEED Gold certification from the United States.

The project team overcame numerous difficulties, including the epidemic, floods, and planning adjustments, and worked hard to advance project construction, ensuring high-quality and high-efficiency project fulfillment. The project will be completed in March 2025, delivering a satisfactory result for the owner.

 

Gehua Smart Cloud Data Center

The Gehua Smart Cloud Data Center project is located in the Zhuozhou Development Zone. With a total construction area of 38,100 square meters, it includes data center cabinet modules, switchgear rooms and diesel generator rooms, and equipment rooms. Upon completion, the project can accommodate approximately 5,000 data cabinets, helping Gehua Cable to deepen its transformation and development through R&D innovation and the promotion of new businesses.

The project has now completed all construction tasks and is focusing on improving the quality of detailed nodes. It is striving to complete the project completion acceptance in January 2025. The project has won the Baoding City High-Quality Structural Engineering Award.

 

Changping Wenyuan Mansion

The Wenyuan Mansion project is located in Huilongguan Street, Changping District, Beijing, with a total construction area of approximately 150,000 square meters. The project demonstrates a high level in terms of building quality, landscape, unit design, and supporting facilities. It aims to provide a comfortable, convenient, and high-quality living experience for the new generation of high-knowledge, high-intelligence, and high-income technology professionals working in the surrounding high-tech parks.

To date, the project has successfully passed the Beijing Structural Great Wall Cup and Beijing Green and Safe Construction Site reviews. Decoration and municipal landscaping work is currently underway, and it is planned to complete project completion registration in June 2025.

 

Xi'an YINENG Wieland Town Phase III

The Xi'an YINENG Wieland Town Phase III project is located by Lake Weiyang, with a total construction area of 85,600 square meters. It is a high-quality improved residential project. Upon completion, the project will present comfortable and spacious lake-view homes to Xi'an residents, injecting vibrant energy and new charm into the ancient city of Xi'an.

Currently, the structures of Buildings 4-8 have been topped out, and secondary structural work is underway. Before the Spring Festival, it is planned to complete the foundation slab construction of Building 3, the underground second floor construction of Building 2, and the foundation cushion construction of Building 1.
