As the Spring Festival approaches, Beijing Urban Construction Northern Group has received some exciting news, with several projects achieving successful completion in the Year of the Dragon and winning widespread praise.

 

This overseas super-high-rise building has been successfully delivered!

Recently, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, a super-high-rise building has been successfully completed and unveiled. The No. 3 tower of the Holley Sofitel Hotel complex, constructed by the Group, has successfully passed all acceptance procedures and been officially handed over to the owner, earning high praise from the owner and the consulting team.

 

   

This project is a comprehensive project integrating a five-star hotel, commercial space, a Class 5A office building, and high-end apartments. The No. 3 tower, which has just been delivered, is 155 meters tall with 30 floors. Its modern and dynamic design, smooth lines, and futuristic and technological feel showcase the vibrant vitality of Kuala Lumpur's innovative development.

 

 

During construction, the project team encountered numerous difficulties: the limited site area restricted operational space, and the ultra-high steel continuous bridge lifting presented both technical and safety challenges. The project team rose to the challenge, meticulously planned, and organized scientifically, overcoming one difficulty after another and successfully completing the construction of the No. 3 tower. Towers No. 1 and 2 will be completed and accepted by the end of July 2025. The project team is fully committed to the final sprint, ensuring the project's timely and high-quality completion, leaving a "Northern" mark on this international metropolis of Kuala Lumpur.

 

Letter of Thanks from a National Leading Information Industry Enterprise

Recently, the Group's Sugon Information Industry Tianjin Industrial Base Phase III project received a letter of thanks from Sugon Information Industry Co., Ltd., which highly praised the project team's professionalism, teamwork, and strong execution capabilities.

 

 

This project is one of Sugon's three internationally leading intelligent manufacturing production bases. Started in March 2024, the project team, through advance planning and scientific organization, overcame difficulties in site layout and construction organization. They completed the foundation and groundwork in 60 days and the main structure topping out in 54 days—10 days ahead of schedule—fully demonstrating the spirit of the "Iron Army." The project has won the Tianjin Municipal Civilized Construction Site award and the Tianjin High-Quality Structural Engineering award, and is striving for the Tianjin Haihe Cup award.

 

 

To meet the goal of completion before the Spring Festival, all project management personnel and builders worked overtime and completed the completion acceptance on January 23, creating favorable conditions for the smooth commissioning of the Sugon Tianjin Industrial Base Phase III project.

 

Early Completion, "Iron Army" Style Praised

The Group's Gehua Smart Cloud Data Center completed its completion acceptance ahead of schedule and received a letter of commendation from Zhuozhou Gehua Cable Television Network Company.

 

 

Since the start of the project, the project team has faced a series of challenges, including a serious epidemic, unfavorable hydrogeological conditions, and an unprecedented catastrophic flood. During the epidemic, the project department strictly implemented various epidemic prevention measures and minimized the impact of the epidemic on construction progress by optimizing the construction plan and using online communication and coordination. In response to unfavorable hydrogeological conditions, the project department organized experts to conduct technical research and develop a scientific and reasonable construction plan. After the catastrophic flood, the project department immediately activated the emergency plan, organized rescue and disaster relief, and quickly restored construction conditions. Through the unremitting efforts of the project team, while ensuring construction safety and engineering quality, the project was successfully completed ahead of schedule and delivered successfully.
