Major Breakthrough! New Zero-Carbon Technology Hub in the Yangtze River Delta

On February 7, a signing ceremony for the Xinxing Digital Technology and Finance Center project was grandly held in Kunshan. Attending the ceremony were Chen Liyan, Secretary of the Kunshan Municipal Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the CPC; Fan Jianqing, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Committee and Mayor; Sun Daoxun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Kunshan High-tech Zone; Qian Xudong, Deputy Mayor; Zhu Yufeng, Vice Chairman and President of Xinxing Group; and Wang Deguo, Chairman of Beijing Construction Northern Group.

The project has a total investment of 5 billion yuan, a planned land area of approximately 106.8 mu, and a total construction area of approximately 350,000 square meters. It plans to build a multi-functional super-high-rise landmark building cluster and a future urban complex in Kunshan High-tech Zone, integrating "production-education-research-living-commerce." The goal is to create a zero-carbon technology and finance demonstration park in the Yangtze River Delta region.

The project integrates surrounding academic, site landscape, and green ecological resources. Upon completion, it will form a multi-dimensional industry cluster including a five-star hotel, headquarters offices, scientific and technological research and development, high-end apartments, and supporting commercial facilities. It will build a fusion platform that brings together internationally leading high-tech companies, financial investment institutions, and scientific and technological talents. The projected annual output value is expected to exceed 10 billion yuan.
