The Group held its 2025 Work Conference and the Fourth Session of its Third Workers' Congress


On February 15, Beijing Urban Construction Northern Group's 2025 Work Conference and the Third Session of the Fourth Workers' Congress were held in Beijing. The meeting comprehensively summarized the work of 2024, arranged and deployed the goals and tasks for 2025, and mobilized the entire group to adhere to its original aspirations, strive for new strength, work diligently, and create a better future for the group!

 

 

More than 200 people attended the meeting, including the group's leaders, members of the leadership teams of various secondary institutions, staff from the group's headquarters, project managers and team members in Beijing, project managers from project management departments in other provinces and internationally, employee representatives, and youth employee representatives. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Quan, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Board of the Group.

Zhang Ying, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, delivered the "Report on the Filing of Proposals of the Group's Workers' Congress".

 

Zheng Wei, Deputy Chief Accountant and General Manager of the Financial Management Center, delivered the "Analysis Report on the Group's Economic Activities in 2024".

 

Wang Hongfeng, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, General Legal Counsel, and General Manager of the Audit and Risk Control Management Center, delivered the "Group's 2024 Internal Control and Supervision Report".

 

Qi Chen, Director, Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer, delivered the "Group's 2025 Financial Work Report".

 

Lei Zhenyuan, on behalf of the group, delivered the "2025 Work Report".

 

The Group's work report pointed out that in 2024, facing the fierce market competition and complex and changing environmental challenges, the Group adhered to its goals, actively sought breakthroughs in development, scientifically coordinated various resources, and continuously improved management efficiency, making solid strides in the process of high-quality development.

 

2025 is the final year of the Group's "13th Five-Year Plan" strategy. It called on all employees to strive under pressure, plan for market expansion and seek breakthroughs; promote synergy and efficiency to strengthen the strength of project construction; improve quality and efficiency to stimulate technological innovation and increase strength; implement lean management to enhance internal driving force and efficiency; maintain high spirits, unite spiritual forces to promote development, and sprint towards the goals of the "13th Five-Year Plan" strategy with high-quality management. However, from the beginning of the project construction, challenges have been a constant companion. The severe challenges of the market environment, complex geological conditions, and historical problems have undoubtedly brought numerous difficulties to the project's progress.

 

 

 

 

At the meeting, Wang Deguo, Chairman of the Board of the Group, and Wang Yunping, President, signed the 2025 performance contract. Wang Yunping and representatives from the Group's Deyuan Real Estate Company and the newly opened project department signed the 2025 performance contract and target management responsibility letter, respectively.

In his speech, Wang Deguo, Chairman of the Board, pointed out that in 2024, the Group rose to the challenges in a complex environment, using a stable cash flow to consolidate the foundation for development, and safe production to strengthen the bottom line of operations, achieving dual growth in the scale and profit of innovative businesses, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the enterprise.

 

The Chairman deployed the Group's strategic layout and transformation and development for 2025. The Group will continue to adhere to the layout extending to both ends of the "smile curve" of the industrial chain, accelerating the cultivation of a second growth curve; focusing on segmented markets, creating specialized, refined, and new products with core competitiveness; leveraging brand advantages, telling the Northern story, handling the relationship between "inheritance and iteration," "long-term and short-term," and "overall and local," building a development ecosystem of mutual creation and win-win results between enterprises and customers, and enterprises and employees, and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.

 

Facing the opportunities and challenges of the new stage, he called on all Northern people to set their sights on the corporate vision of "becoming a respected comprehensive construction service provider," using culture to build the soul and innovation to break the deadlock, carrying forward the fighting spirit of "never returning without breaking Loulan," transforming crisis pressure into transformation momentum, transforming short-term pain into long-term value, working together with one heart and mind, and using practical actions and responsibilities to write a new chapter of high-quality development!
