Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference inspects Jinyu Yunzhu project

On February 19, a group of leaders from the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the Municipal Party Committee's Social Work Department, the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Chaoyang District Housing and Construction Commission, Beijing Jinyu Group, and Beijing Construction Engineering Group, visited the Jinyu Yunzhu project, constructed by Beijing Urban Construction Northern Group, to conduct research and hold a symposium on the CPPCC's monthly topic of "Quality Supervision of Newly Built Residential Projects".

 

During the inspection, the leaders went deep into the project site, learning in detail about the project's construction status and delivery satisfaction. They gave full affirmation to the project's product design and engineering quality.

The Jinyu Yunzhu project, constructed by the group, is located in Shibaxilidian Township, Chaoyang District. It has a total construction area of 103,000 square meters and includes 11 residential buildings. It adopts the SPCS prefabricated building system, with a prefabrication rate of 60%. The project is committed to creating a quality-improved community, providing high-quality living environments for the urban area, promoting the aggregation of high-end resources, and promoting integrated urban and industrial development.

 

 

The project team, using intelligent means such as BIM, strictly adheres to green, environmental protection, and safe and civilized construction standards, and strictly controls safety and quality management. The project successfully passed the " Beijing Municipal Green and Safe Model Construction Site " Beijing Municipal Structural Great Wall Cup Gold Award " acceptance. Through careful planning and scientific organization, the project completed the completion registration 8 months ahead of schedule and will complete the centralized delivery of 480 units before December 31, 2024 and achieve zero complaints during the delivery phase setting a new benchmark for similar projects and providing valuable experience and reference for the residential construction industry.
