Beijing AI Center: Cuihu Technology Park Attracts Talent

 

In Haidian District, Beijing, the Cuihu Technology Park's artificial intelligence innovation application pilot zone is under construction. This comprehensive technology park, with a total construction area of 500,000 square meters, integrates research and development, offices, commercial services, and ecological landscapes. In the future, it will attract top international AI companies, building an innovation ecosystem with deep integration of industry, academia, research, and application.

 

Beijing Construction and Northern Group is responsible for a 131,300-square-meter section. From the product iteration optimization of the R&D team to the precise implementation of the planning and control system, the Group injects high-efficiency genes into the project with its "full industrial chain synergy" model. With refined management and full-cycle coordination, the project is the first among all sections to achieve structural topping out. The project team will make every effort to ensure project completion and delivery by the end of 2025, adding a core engine for the development of artificial intelligence industrial clusters in Beijing.

 

Intelligent Manufacturing in Tianjin: Sugon Tianjin Industrial Base Phase III Accelerates

 

In February, on the coast of the Bohai Sea, the newly completed Sugon Tianjin Industrial Base Phase III is preparing for production and operation. This internationally leading intelligent manufacturing base completed the main structure topping out in just 54 days, 10 days ahead of schedule, and was awarded the Tianjin Municipal Civilized Construction Site and High-Quality Structural Engineering awards.

 

"We are not just building factories; we are building a domestically controlled computing power industry chain." said the project manager. After the base is put into operation, it will significantly increase production capacity and meet China's growing demand for computing power.

 

Faced with challenges such as high site complexity and tight deadlines, the project team innovatively used BIM technology to optimize the construction organization design, achieving efficiency improvements through "process interleaving + dynamic resource allocation." As stated in the letter of appreciation from Sugon Information Industry Co., Ltd.: "Beijing Construction and Northern Group has demonstrated its excellent cross-regional resource integration capabilities and execution." Zhuozhou Data Center Cluster: Strengthening the Computing Power Base of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

In Zhuozhou, Hebei, the three data center projects undertaken by the Group—the Gehua Smart Cloud Data Center, the CapitaLand Zhonglong Cloud, and the ZhongHan Cloud Intelligent Industrial Park—have strengthened the position of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as a national "digital hub" and injected new impetus into the construction of regional computing power infrastructure.

 

 

Gehua Smart Cloud Zhuozhou Base Project After operation, the number of data cabinets will reach 5,000, with processing capabilities meeting the requirements of data storage, exchange, and hosting services in Beijing, Hebei, and Tianjin. The project team directly faced extreme challenges such as repeated epidemics and major floods, ensuring progress through cloud collaboration and dynamic contingency plan adjustments, ultimately delivering a high-quality result.

 

The Zhonglong Cloud Big Data Center, invested and constructed by CapitaLand Group, is CapitaLand Group's first big data center in China. It will provide more than 100 megawatts (MW) of power to meet the growing demand for data centers in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

 

 

CapitaLand ZhongHan Cloud Intelligent Industrial Park With a total construction area of 98,000 square meters, integrating big data processing, cloud computing, and cloud storage functions, the two project teams have integrated the LEED Gold certification standard throughout the entire life cycle, building a system of 100 indicators covering safety, health, and energy saving, creating a new benchmark for low-carbon industrial parks in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and contributing to the achievement of "dual carbon" goals.
