NIO and Huibo Robotics move in; Future Star Science and Energy Valley Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park officially put into use

On March 26, the first phase of Future Star Energy Valley Intelligent Industrial Park, built by Beijing Urban Construction Northern Group, was officially put into use. Gan Jingzhong, Secretary of Changping District Committee and Secretary of Future Science City Party Working Committee, Su Guobin, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Xu Jun, General Manager of Chinalco Assets, and Liu Qiang, Deputy Director of Future Science City Management Committee and Deputy District Mayor, attended the event. Relevant departments from Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Zhongguancun Management Committee, Future Science City Management Committee, central enterprises settled in Future Science City, relevant commissions, offices, bureaus, towns and streets, Future Science City Group, and responsible persons of enterprises settled in the park participated.

At the event site, representatives of settled enterprises exchanged and shared ideas on topics such as the future development strategy of the new energy vehicle industry, innovation and development of key flow battery technologies, and upgrading of the intelligent manufacturing industry.

During the signing session, Beijing Future Science City Development Group Co., Ltd. signed strategic cooperation agreements with settled enterprises, 2 fund investment-driven projects completed signing, and representatives from 6 enterprises signed settlement agreements. Future Star Energy Valley Intelligent Industrial Park has successfully attracted a number of high-growth enterprises, including NIO, a leading new energy vehicle company, Suqian Times, an innovative energy storage company, Songyan Power, an intelligent manufacturing company, and Huibo Robotics. The signing rate exceeds 70%, forming a significant industrial agglomeration effect and an innovation "strong magnetic field".

Finally, the attending leaders and guests jointly pressed the activation button for Future Star Energy Valley Intelligent Industrial Park.

593 days to high-quality complete the construction of a new generation benchmark industrial park.

Future Star Energy Valley Intelligent Industrial Park is the first standard factory building in Future Science City's "Energy Valley", with a total land area of 5.42 hectares and a total construction area of 97,300 square meters. It includes 8 modern factory buildings and 1 supporting facility, integrating multiple functions such as R&D pilot testing, achievement transformation, production and manufacturing, product display, and supporting services. It forms a cutting-edge industrial cluster dominated by six major industrial segments, including energy internet, hydrogen energy, and energy storage, becoming an important source of national energy technology innovation, further contributing to the construction of Beijing's international technology innovation center, and making active contributions to supporting the implementation of the national "dual carbon" strategy.

Future Star Energy Valley Intelligent Industrial Park aims to create an innovative and efficient new-generation industrial-urban space. Its design adopts a row-enclosed layout to maximize adaptation to common enterprise needs. It focuses on arranging small and medium-sized standard factory buildings, appropriately arranges large standard factory buildings, and standardizes the setting of supporting rooms, striving for flexible and diverse functions, and creating an efficient, practical, and interactively shared industrial development space.

During the construction of the first phase of Future Star Energy Valley Intelligent Industrial Park, the Group fully leveraged its advantages across the entire industrial chain, uniformly optimizing and enhancing the project's preliminary design, engaging with key potential clients, reviewing the process-supporting functions for their production needs, researching production line scales, production space parameters, etc., and upgrading and adapting them in conjunction with standardized factory building standards. Through full lifecycle management of preliminary project planning, process construction planning, special planning, and completion acceptance planning, rapid construction was achieved, successfully creating a new generation of high-quality benchmark industrial park in just 593 days, fully demonstrating the high-quality and efficient "National Craftsman" quality and speed. In addition, the project department also applied BIM+digital twin smart construction technology to improve quality, enhance safety, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Through system database feedback to operations and efficient decision-making, pipeline network maintenance management became more intelligent and digital. The project was awarded the Beijing Structure Great Wall Cup Gold Award and Beijing Green and Safe Model Construction Site.

Next, the Group's project team will fully advance the construction of the second phase of Future Star Low-Carbon Industrial Park, creating an efficient, practical, and interactively shared industrial development space with high standards, and making greater contributions to Beijing's establishment as an international technology innovation center.
