The bid amount is approximately 1.073 billion RMB. This successful bid is not only another milestone for the group's deep cultivation of the Malaysian market, but also a strong testament to the group's strong strength in the field of super-high-rise buildings.
The project is located in the core area of Bukit Kiara, a traditional wealthy area in Kuala Lumpur. The high-altitude terrain makes the local climate cool and the environment comfortable and pleasant; the surrounding living facilities are very mature and convenient, only 7 subway stations away from the Petronas Twin Towers, with convenient transportation. The project highlights scarce land resources, international design, and customized services, targeting global high-net-worth individuals, and will reshape the high-end living and commercial landscape of the region.
The project consists of three super-high-rise buildings with a total construction area of approximately 191,200 square meters. Towers A and C are high-end residential buildings, each with 52 floors and a height of 240 meters; Tower B is a hotel and office building, with 32 floors and a height of 182 meters. All three towers are concrete frame shear wall structures, planned to start construction in June 2025 and be completed in October 2028.
The group will give full play to its engineering management experience and professional advantages in building super-high-rise buildings and large-scale integrated complexes, ensuring high-quality fulfillment of the project, further consolidating and expanding the Southeast Asian and overseas markets, and continuously contributing "Chinese wisdom" and "Chinese strength" to international urban development.
