National Craftsmanship Shines in Qin Chuan: Multiple Group Projects in Northwest China Achieve New Milestones

At the foot of the Qinling Mountains and by the Wei River, Beijing Construction Engineering Northern Group, with its national craftsman's sense of responsibility and commitment to quality, steadily advances the construction of numerous projects in the Northwest region, contributing to regional development.

Northwest A&F University Future Agriculture Research Institute SCO International Joint Research Center

 

The Northwest A&F University Future Agriculture Research Institute SCO International Joint Research Center project, constructed by Beijing Construction Group and participated in by Northern Group, serves as an important platform for national "Belt and Road" agricultural technology cooperation. With a construction area of 51,000 square meters, it encompasses research laboratories, an international exchange center, and other functional areas, and is a key construction project in Shaanxi Province.

 

 

During construction, the project team discovered 34 ancient tombs. They immediately reported this to the superior unit and initiated the cultural relic protection mechanism, simultaneously optimizing the construction plan to ensure the schedule was not affected. Faced with multiple challenges such as complex structures and tight deadlines, the project team adopted a "large rhythm, small flow" construction organization model, developing special construction plans for deep foundation pits, formwork, and steel structure hoisting, laying the foundation for the successful completion of the project goals. Currently, the project is in the foundation slab and underground structure construction phase, and is scheduled for completion in January 2027.

In Xi'an Jialian College Phase Three EPC Project

 

As a key people's livelihood project in Xi'an's Xixian New District, this project has a total construction area of 161,300 square meters and includes 12 residential buildings and an underground parking garage. The project is vigorously promoting construction, helping the government's "guaranteed delivery" policy to take effect, and winning high praise from the government, owners, and the public. Through refined green, safe, and civilized construction management, the project won the Xixian New District "2024 Annual Safety Production Advanced Unit" title.

 

 

The first five buildings to be delivered are undergoing exterior wall and interior decoration, and are scheduled for delivery on October 30, 2025. The remaining buildings are undergoing structural construction.

Xi'an Far East YINeng Wieland Town Phase Three Project

 

The Xi'an Far East YINeng Wieland Town Phase Three Project, with a total construction area of 85,600 square meters, is positioned as a high-end ecological and livable community. Currently, the exterior wall decoration of Buildings 4-8 is progressing smoothly, and the main structure construction of Buildings 1-3 is steadily underway. Delivery is expected in October 2026, fulfilling the solemn commitment to "guaranteeing the bottom line of people's livelihood and stabilizing people's expectations".

 

State Grid Shaanxi Weinan Education Phase One DB Project of the Training Base

Located in Huayin City, Shaanxi Province, the Phase One project of the State Grid Weinan Education Training Base includes the renovation and upgrading of two single buildings, a comprehensive building and a conference building, as well as auxiliary facilities. With a total construction area of 11,096 square meters, it aims to create a comprehensive platform integrating modern training and Party building activities.

 

 

Faced with a tight construction schedule of only 3 months, the project adopts a DB (design-build) model. Through deep integration of the design and construction chain, it achieves optimal resource allocation, effectively resolving schedule bottlenecks, and is scheduled for completion and delivery by the end of July 2025.
