The second phase of Zhongguancun Hot Spring Science and Technology Park (West District) project held a capping ceremony with the theme of "Ingenuity, Love to seal the Golden Top" on January 15, and the atmosphere was festive and grand.

Chen Aiqing, Director of the Office of the Development and Construction Committee of the Northern District of Haidian District, Liu Piao, Secretary of the Wenquan Town Party Committee, Yu Xinxing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor, led all the leadership team members to attend the ceremony. Zhang Tieming, Chairman and General Manager of Beijing Xingdian International Engineering Management Co., Ltd. Li Qingli, Chairman of Beijing Xingquan Capital Co., Ltd., and relevant departments of Wenquan Town and party secretaries of seven joint-stock economic cooperatives attended the ceremony, witness this important moment together. Zhongguancun Hot Spring Science and Technology Park Phase II West Project is located in the east of Wenquan Town, Haidian District, with a total land area of about 5.79 hectares and a total construction area of about 167226 square meters. It is a "diversified, open and integrated" social park built by Wenquan Town with the strength of the whole town.

The overall functional layout of the park covers ecological office, smart apartments and high-end commerce, and provides a variety of supporting service functions. It has been listed as "Beijing key projects in 2020 and 2021" by the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission ".

During the construction process, the project team overcame many difficulties such as tight time, heavy tasks, and repeated epidemics. It only lasted 5 months and successfully completed the main structure capping task, laying the foundation for subsequent project construction.

Chengdu New Valley International Innovation Center Project

On January 15, Tianfu New Valley, the country's first purely private national technology business incubator located in Chengdu High-tech Zone, held a grand and enthusiastic main completion ceremony.

The project has a total construction area of 166000 square meters and consists of two large public buildings and underground garages. The project is located in the hinterland of Chengdu Financial City area. According to the established construction plan, the project will be put into use within the year.
