Group real estate development project won the international design gold award

Recently, the 2023 US "MUSE DESIGN AWARDS" award list was released. After layers of screening by expert judges and with outstanding strength, Beijing Urban Construction North Group real estate development project Mingde College Exhibition Center project "A touch of green, only this book fragrance" stood out from many works and won the 2023 US "MUSE DESIGN AWARDS" International Design Gold Award!

The Muse Design Award (MUSE DESIGN AWARDS) is sponsored by the American Alliance of Museums (AAM) and the American International Awards Association (IAA). It is one of the most influential international awards in the global creative field. The award is selected once a year to recognize artists who have outstanding achievements in communication art. The evaluation criteria include academic, community, creativity, innovation, education and inclusiveness. The jury consists of 42 renowned design experts from 22 countries around the world. In a blind trial, the members of the jury selected the winning entries from a large number of entries from 46 countries around the world according to strict professional standards.

The designer draws inspiration from the location of Mingde Academy, the beautiful Jiangnan in the forest and snow fields, and the land of fish and rice between the white mountains and black waters. With the scenery surrounded by the forest and the hidden mountains and rivers, the design of the traditional Chinese Academy is skillfully integrated into the correct and elegant architectural space. The concept of deconstruction awakens a special aesthetic consciousness. The majesty and mystery of the landscape is a grand and touchable nature. Behind the landscape is the spirit of the literati and the intellectual fulcrum of values.
