Recently, Beijing Urban Construction North Group held a competition for positions in the southwest regional company. Seventeen employees from different business areas of the group competed for four positions on the same stage, and many new ideas emerged, which played a positive role in further improving the organizational ability and collaborative efficiency of the company in the southwest region.


Once the Group's "Notice on Organizing Competition for Management Positions in Southwest Regional Companies" was released, it generated widespread concern and response both inside and outside the Group.


This competition involves four positions in charge of operation management, marketing, operation management and project management of the southwest regional company, which is open to all employees of the group. The important job responsibilities and high requirements reflect the determination of enterprises to become bigger and stronger regional companies. The Group's Human Resources Management Center has received nearly 20 resumes from the government and the grassroots, and the applicants are fully prepared and eager to try.


The jury, composed of the president of the group, the rotating president, the general manager of the southwest regional company and the directors of the management centers of the group headquarters, has a positive and all-round exchange with the candidates and makes a comprehensive, objective and fair evaluation.
