Innovation and Development | Group Board Leaders Inspect Kunshan Xinxin Kechuang Complex Project

A few days ago, the 2023 shareholders' meeting and the first board of directors of Beijing Urban Construction North Group were held in Suzhou. Yang Yuxi, deputy chief accountant and group director of Beijing Urban Construction Group, Shi Huaxin, director of capital operation department of Beijing Urban Construction Group and representative of group shareholders, Tang Xiaoling, vice chairman of the third board of supervisors and group supervisor of Beijing Urban Construction Group, and other leaders of the group's board of directors attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the leaders of the group visited the Kunshan Kebo Museum to learn about the urban development plan of Kunshan City, and investigated the group's first "EPC investment and operation" project-Kunshan Xinxin Kechuang Complex Project, listened in detail to the project planning, construction and investment promotion progress report, and gave accurate pulse guidance to the project.
In the research activities, Yang Yuxi and other leaders believe that the project is a successful case of achieving sustainable and high-quality development around the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, resonating with the era of science and technology. And fully recognized the concept of transformation and upgrading of the group.

Wang Germany, chairman of the group, said during the inspection that the Kunshan Xinxin Kechuang Complex Project is the group's first "EPC investment and operation" project. The group will integrate the resources of the whole industrial chain according to its own industrial advantages, continuously innovate the development path, and provide new assistance for promoting the innovation and development of Kunshan.

At the same time, he pointed out that it is necessary to sum up the "Kunshan experience", copy the "Kunshan model", continue to study the integrated business model of "investment, financing, construction, transportation and retirement", enhance EPC product strength, continuously cultivate the ability to provide solutions for customers, and achieve high-quality development of enterprises.

The Group's first "EPC Investment and Operation" project, Kunshan Xinxin Kechuang Complex, was jointly built by Kunshan High-tech Zone, Beijing Urban Construction North Group and Xiexin Group, the first in the new energy industry of China's top 500 enterprises. It is the first Kechuang Complex in Kunshan, "No.1 Project" in Kunshan City and a key project in Suzhou City. The project is located in the western new city of Kunshan High-tech Zone in Suzhou, covering an area of about 108 mu and a total construction area of about 280000 square meters. Based on the three leading industries of semiconductors, smart medicine and green energy, it is a scientific research complex, work scene, life scene and consumption scene.

The EPC project team of the group is based on the perspective of investment and development to carry out project management and raise awareness. At present, it is intensively carrying out the construction tasks of decoration, mechanical and electrical installation and landscape greening to ensure the delivery of high-end residential buildings by the end of May and the opening of Kechuang Park in June.
