The group's first EPC cold chain project started!

Recently, Beijing Urban Construction North Group and Huashang International Engineering Co., Ltd. jointly contracted the cold storage EPC general contracting project of Zhoushan Company of Zhongshui Group held a grand commencement ceremony in China Agricultural Development Pearl Industrial Park, Dinghai District, Zhoushan City.

Chen Jian, executive deputy leader of Zhoushan National Ocean Fishery Base Construction leading Group, party committee secretary and chairman of Zhoushan National Ocean Fishery Base Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd., Zong Wenfeng, party committee secretary and chairman of China Water Group Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd., Zhou Zhangfan, general manager of China Aquatic Zhoushan Marine Fishery Company, Li Donghai, chief engineer of Huashang International Engineering Co., Ltd., and Zhang Xueming, deputy general manager of EPC division of Beijing Urban Construction North Group, attended the commencement ceremony.

This is the first cold chain project of the group EPC, and the start of the project has further enriched the expansion of the group's product line in the EPC business field.

The contract amount of the cold storage EPC general contract project of Zhoushan Company of Zhongshui Group is 0.16 billion yuan, with a total construction area of 32100 square meters, a total of five floors above the ground and a construction height of about 38.05 meters. The project is planned to be fully put into use in June 2024. After completion, it can store about 5000 tons of ultra-low temperature (-55 ~-60 ℃) tuna, about 16700 tons of other low temperature (-25 ℃) seafood, and about 5000 tons of processed tuna annually.

Through the intelligent park, the project can realize the functions of intelligent dispatching of transportation vehicles, intelligent storage of goods, whole-process monitoring of goods temperature, AI identification of processing hazard sources, etc. It will become a benchmark park of domestic ocean-going aquatic cold chain, leading China's marine healthy food processing industry to high-end and intelligent, and providing assistance for Zhoushan to build a domestic leading and international first-class national ocean-going fishery base.

Since the establishment of a strategic partnership between Beijing Urban Construction North Group and Huashang Design Institute in 2020, the two sides have maintained communication and cooperation. The cold storage project of Zhoushan Company of Zhongshui Group is the first project jointly promoted by both parties after the realization of strategic cooperation. It is also a new product in the cold chain field of EPC project of the Group after the products of science and technology innovation, stadiums and cultural tourism projects, realizing the further expansion of the "EPC N" mode of the Group.
