Open! Fanghuali Pension Community Defines New Life of Quality Pension

A few days ago, the opening ceremony of Fanghuali Pension Community, built by Beijing Urban Construction North Group, was solemnly held in Fangzhuang Street, Fengtai District. Zhang Jie, chairman of the working committee of Fengtai District and deputy director of the standing Committee of Fengtai District people's Congress, Li Fengzhi, deputy director of Fengtai District Civil Affairs Bureau, Wu Huijie, chairman of China Aviation Development Group Beijing Company, Liu Yong, general manager of Tianjin Investment Capital, Guo Xuancheng and Liu Xiaobing, co-founders of Fanghuali Family Care Community, and Wang Germany, chairman of Beijing Urban Construction North Group, attended the ceremony.

Mr. Liu Yong, General Manager of Jintou Capital, delivered a speech at the ceremony, saying that as the first pension industry project in the urban renewal business of Jintou Capital, Fanghuali Family Pension Community is in line with the overall requirements of improving the pension service system and promoting the social construction that fully takes into account the needs of the elderly as proposed in the 14th Five-Year Plan of the country, give full play to professional advantages in the fields of office, commerce, and elderly care, share resources, and develop together to create a "Jintou ecosystem" and bring new solutions to an aging society.

Zhang Jie, chairman of the working Committee of Fengtai District in Beijing and deputy director of the standing Committee of the Fengtai District people's Congress, congratulated Fanghua on the smooth opening of Fanghua, pointing out that the characteristic of Fanghua community is that it does not keep the elderly away from society in their later years, but continues to integrate into the neighborhood community, forming a unique advantage of providing for the aged. She hopes that the Fanghuali community will link more social resources, provide a broader platform for more volunteers and people of more ages, so that more talents and resources can gather in Fanghuali to serve the elderly and let the elderly spend their happy old age.

At the opening ceremony, Wang Deguo, chairman of the group, presented awards to "love ambassador" and "outstanding volunteers. He said that the project, from planning and design, development and construction to long-term operation concept, meets the needs and vision of current residents for their old age. In the process of project construction, the group has always adhered to the corporate mission of "ingenuity and wisdom to create a better life together", and made every effort to create projects that satisfy the masses and the government. From the initial foundation treatment to the later completion of fine decoration, gardening and municipal administration, the project was finally delivered smoothly in less than two years, and a satisfactory answer was handed in to the community people. it has made positive contributions to promoting the coordinated development and high-quality development of China's pension industry.

Fanghuali Endowment Community is located in Fangzhuang Street, Fengtai District, with a total construction area of 21230 square meters, a total of nine floors above and below the ground, with 3000 square meters of garden landscape courtyard, which can be used for sunbathing, gateball, tai chi, flower planting and other rich and colorful outdoor activities.
