The total planned investment of construction projects is 131162.9 billion yuan, an increase of 18.2% over the previous year, and the growth rate is 0.5 percentage points lower than that from January to November; The total investment of newly started projects is planned to be 51909.3 billion yuan, an increase of 6.2%, which is the same as that from January to November.

According to statistics, in 2017, the national fixed asset investment (excluding farmers) was 63168.4 billion yuan, an increase of 7.2% over the previous year. Infrastructure investment (excluding power, heat, gas and water production and supply) was 14000.5 billion yuan, an increase of 19% over the previous year, and the growth rate was 1.1 percentage points lower than that from January to November.
