It is reported that the Hefei regional project department pays attention to the control in advance and in the process, fully implements the "three inspection system", adheres to the normal management, and ensures the safety of the site. The quality department fully performs the responsibilities of quality inspection, supervision and control, and achieves smooth process connection and strong construction quality control. The project department strictly implements the "model guide" system, provides standards for project management through the model area, physical model room in the building and process model, better guides the development of large-scale construction on site and improves management efficiency. The project has established a measured quantity group and a quality risk control group to strictly control various indicators of measured quantity.
