Recently, under the organization of Hefei Construction Quality and Safety Supervision Station, Hefei Baohe District Construction Committee led nearly 60 project managers from Beijing General Administration, Beijing Construction Fourth Construction, China Railway Construction, Anhui Third Construction, Anhui Shui 'an and other units within its jurisdiction to come to Dacheng Xiyuan Project and Nanqi Wenchuang Center Project to observe and learn their construction quality management experience on site.

This observation activity is another large-scale observation activity after the internal observation of the Urban Construction Group, and it is also an important measure taken by the Hefei Supervision Station to improve the quality standards of the local construction industry.

In the process, Ceng Hui, project manager of Nanqi Wenchuang Center, and Yang Qilin, executive manager of Dacheng Xiyuan Project, led the team respectively and introduced the general situation of each project to the observation group in detail. It is reported that the Hefei Regional Project Department pays attention to prior and in-process control, fully implements the "three inspection system", adheres to normal management, and ensures that the scene is foolproof. The quality department fully performs the duties of quality inspection, supervision and control, and achieves smooth process connection and strong control of construction quality. The project department strictly implements the "model guide" system, and provides standards for project management through model areas, building entity model rooms and process models, which can better guide the development of large-scale construction on site and improve management efficiency. The project has set up a measured real quantity team and a quality risk control team to strictly control the measured real quantity indicators.
