This year is the year of technology and quality management of North group. At present, it is the golden season of construction and production. Facing the current construction and production tasks, in order to ensure the successful completion of the objectives set at the beginning of the year, the launching ceremony of "quality month" and "labor competition" of northern group in 2018 was held in Jingchang road wedge green space project on September 7. At the meeting, Wang Zhenxing, deputy general manager and chief engineer of the group, read out the implementation plan of "quality month" activity of North group in 2018. He pointed out that in order to actively respond to the requirements of the national 2018 quality month activity of "carrying forward the craftsman spirit and promoting quality development" jointly formulated by the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine, the housing and Urban Rural Development Commission, the development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of human resources and social security and other 28 departments, this group quality month activity aims to further improve the construction quality and improve the level of standardized quality management. By carrying out quality publicity, quality special prevention and control, quality month activity summary and other activities to ensure that all kinds of quality accidents are eliminated. At the same time, combined with the three-year improvement activities of project quality control, promote the special treatment of common problems in residential project quality and carry out demonstration project creation activities to improve project quality.

The notice points out that this labor competition is based on the implementation of the work objectives in 2018, focuses on production and operation, and takes the competition activities as the carrier to guide the employees to work creatively and actively participate in the construction of various projects of the group company as the master. The theme of this labor competition is "work hard for 60 days to ensure the project performance on schedule". During the activity, the project progress, project quality, safety production, cost control, technological innovation, party, work group construction and other contents will be assessed and evaluated. By testing the work quality and performance of each project, promote production, safety, management, benefit and development through competition, build enterprise brand and continuously promote the construction of enterprise culture, so as to lay a solid foundation for realizing the work objectives set at the beginning of the year.

In his speech, general manager Zhang Quan pointed out that 2018 is the year of technology and quality management of the group and ushered in the 40th "quality month" in China. The group should deeply implement the theme requirements of "promoting craftsmanship and promoting quality development", focusing on ensuring structural safety, improving hardcover level and reducing common quality problems. This year, the group has nearly 100 projects under construction, with projects all over Beijing, domestic and overseas, which puts forward new and higher requirements for the group's performance, technical quality, safe production, cost control, technological innovation and other management work. Combined with the requirements of "quality month" and labor competition activities, the next step is to do the following work well: first, further strengthen the quality awareness of all employees.
