Chengdu Tianfu International Airport is the largest civil transport hub airport project in the national 13th five year plan, which is planned to be basically completed by the end of 2020. As the No. 1 project in Sichuan Province, the project is a centennial gift project for the founding of the party, and will build a "world-class and domestic leading" humanistic, intelligent and green airport. Among the new airports currently planned and constructed in China, the scale is second only to Beijing new airport.
The project is divided into three bid sections, of which the comprehensive transfer center project (GTC bid section) has a total construction area of about 480000 square meters, which is undertaken by the General Contracting Department of Beijing Urban Construction Group and participated by four secondary companies. The bid section is divided into four responsibility areas a, B, C and D, and North group is responsible for the construction of area D. The construction area of the area is about 130000 square meters, including 410 meters of subway and highway tunnels, about 40000 square meters; The comprehensive pipe gallery is 1000 meters, about 10000 square meters; 65000 square meters in the south area of GTC transfer center; The tunnel between APM and 1# baggage gallery is 380m, about 15000 square meters.
Area D is the throat of the whole bid section to and from the construction site. Among the four responsibility areas, the three-dimensional relationship of the structure is the most complex, the internal and external coordination units are the most, and the area and construction management are the most difficult. Many roads are involved in the area, there are many passing vehicles, and the traffic organization is extremely difficult; There is a large amount of coordination between bid sections, which should not only meet the construction progress of area D, but also provide convenient services for other brother units. The Tianfu Airport Project Department of the group has formulated a scientific and reasonable on-site plan according to the actual situation of the site and through multi-party coordination. At present, the diversion and reconstruction of two roads have been successfully completed, which provides the necessary guarantee for the rush to work in the subway and other areas.
APM (automated people mover system), also known as "small subway", is a driverless rail transit system. At present, the APM system under construction and completed in major airports in the world adopts the system design of air and land passengers sharing platforms and carriages at the same time, and Chengdu Tianfu International Airport is the only one. The outer wall of APM structure is 1m thick and 5.5m high, which belongs to mass concrete construction. North group, as one of the participating units, after discussion and demonstration during the construction process, the external wall formwork in the enclosure pile area adopts the plastic covered multi-layer board + woodworking I-beam on-site assembled single-sided formwork system. This section has the advantages of light weight and high strength, which is the first time for the terminal to be refitted. After the construction, the concrete has good appearance effect and high molding quality, which has been highly praised by all parties of the construction.
Especially since September, the project department has taken the lead in completing several sub projects by refining the construction deployment and integrating various resources, overcoming multiple difficulties such as wet and rainy, material shortage and labor shortage. On September 2, the backfill construction of fertilizer tank of the first section of comprehensive pipe gallery was completed; On September 7, 4200m3 concrete pouring for the first section of subway and highway tunnel in the terminal area was completed. On September 9, the construction of APM main structure and the backfilling of the first section of fertilizer tank were completed first compared with other bid sections... Autumn is a harvest season and a golden season for construction and production.
