Recently, the group held the launch meeting of all staff theme education activities in 2019 and the first quarter production and operation meeting. Group leaders, heads of branches, heads of departments and offices of various sectors, project managers around Beijing and video of foreign projects attended the meeting.

At the production and operation meeting in the first quarter, Yang Jun, assistant general manager of the group, read out the summary and punishment notice of the 2019 resumption inspection and "looking back" inspection. Wang Zhenxing, deputy general manager and chief engineer of the group, issued a notice of punishment for the problem items in the resumption inspection, requiring all units to pay attention to the rectification of hidden dangers, improve the project safety system and make clear rewards and penalties. The management of labor real name system should pay close attention to the "two truths", improve the timeliness of the scheme, and promote the smart construction site. The business department of the organ shall actively implement the service, strictly standardize the management, adhere to the problem orientation, and do a good job in guidance, assistance, inspection and supervision. Cui Xiaoli, deputy general manager and chief economist, said that the group will continue to study and exchange typical cases of project management and give full play to the guiding role of project planning. Do a good job in the management and control of project elements and business risks, and strengthen the guidance and help to the project. All units shall strictly implement the company's rules and regulations, and severely punish the entry construction without signing the contract and other projects that violate the company's contract management measures. The group will regularly organize settlement promotion meetings and special meetings, refine settlement measures, strengthen supervision and promote settlement work.

  副董事长胡翔在讲话中强调,各级领导团队要充分发挥“领跑者”作用,以责任与担当,增强团队的凝聚力和向心力。要重视人才培养,以点带面,以团队整体管理水平提升,促进各项管理的提升。机关部室正副职要深入一线历练,只有这样才能了解一线,让服务更加精准。月度项目情况汇报制度还要继续坚持,让汇报制度成为“为一线排忧解难”的直接途径之一。

  董事长王德国指出,企业文化建设是一个长期的过程,这是企业多年来优秀管理方式和经验的高度凝练和总结,是集团上下共同坚守的理念和价值观。当前,还有部分同事对企业文化的理解尚有歧义,所以要通过全员教育,明事理、正视听。

  就今后的工作,王董要求,一是要有危机意识,不要“陶醉”于过去的功劳,要正视企业发展过程中的问题。二是要有“阳光简单”的心态,一切工作以制度流程办事,用结果证明能力,不能用人情、关系束缚手脚。三是领跑者要有先进性,起到表率带头作用。四是在团队建设中,要求各级领导要营造公平公正的氛围和环境,“亲者严、疏者宽”,特别是在用人方面要任人唯贤,明确合理的授权。
