17 project backbones of the group returned from Tsinghua University

After more than a year of hard study by 60 students, the training course for project managers and reserve talents jointly organized by North group, Yatai group and No. 9 company and Tsinghua University came to a successful conclusion on March 17. Wu Gengsheng, former vice president of the school of continuing education of Tsinghua University, Qin Shudong, general manager of urban construction Yatai group, and Chen Changsheng, general manager of Urban Construction No. 9 company; Zhang Quan, general manager of the group, Wang Zhenxing, deputy general manager and chief engineer, and Wu Dan, chairman of the trade union, led the ceremony day. The students were divided into 11 groups to participate in the on-site defense and completion examination. Yang Shu, a senior engineer of the school of civil engineering and water conservancy of Tsinghua University, and the chief engineers of three units formed a jury to test the students' learning achievements in the past year. The defense team and the judges had an in-depth and detailed discussion on the research topic, and the on-site exchange and learning atmosphere was warm and strong. Each topic is based on practical work, with clear and complete ideas and clear discussion, which has guiding and reference significance for improving management, and has been highly praised by the jury group.

At the graduation ceremony, Wu Gengsheng, former vice president of the school of continuing education of Tsinghua University, first congratulated the students of the "project manager promotion class of construction enterprises" who successfully graduated. He pointed out that reading thousands of books and traveling thousands of miles is not the end, but a new starting point. I hope you can firmly follow the Tsinghua motto of "continuous self-improvement and moral integrity", and the Tsinghua School Spirit of "deeds speak louder than words", apply what you have learned and know to practical work, and contribute to the development of the industry and enterprises.

In his speech, Zhang Quan, general manager of the group, thanked Tsinghua University for its contribution to the talent training of urban construction group, and put forward three requirements and hopes for the majority of project managers. First, we should have the spirit of contract, which is the foundation of the management of the project department. The second is to have an inner circle and an outer circle. In addition to having certain professional management ability, the project manager must have high EQ, good communication and interpersonal skills. Third, management should have bottom line thinking. We should firmly establish the bottom line and red line thinking according to the requirements of "four clarity and one clarity" of clear responsibilities, clear objectives, clear processes, clear results and clear rewards and penalties.
