Therefore, how to achieve the strategic goal of "strengthening the foundation, improving quality and efficiency" and ensuring the stable and healthy development of the enterprise has become the top priority of the group, especially the leadership team this year. Since last year, Wang Germany, chairman of the group, and other leaders have gone to the front line of construction, personally went to the site to "look, hear, listen, and cut", "check the pulse" for each project, and solve the problems that arise, and really move the work front forward, earnestly do a good job in guidance, guidance, supervision and inspection, and ensure that the management of the enterprise is under control.

On the basis of field investigation, the chairman of the board of directors held exchanges and discussions with the management personnel of the project department, guided the cadres and workers to correctly view the current situation and development of the construction industry, encouraged everyone to face the difficulties in the industry, strengthen their confidence and determination to win, adhere to the problem orientation, and "survive" the difficulties. The chairman emphasized that the first is to combine the needs of strategic customers, formulate differentiated service standards for different customers, and do a targeted quality planning to highlight the company's brand to ensure high-quality services. Fourth, on-site construction to strengthen the safety education of labor personnel, special types of work must be certified. Fifth, the project manager should fully stimulate his own potential, dare to put forward higher work objectives and management standards for project management, and strengthen the control of major issues in the process; he should have the courage to put pressure on himself and achieve rapid growth through continuous innovation and high standard management; the more pressure and difficulties, the more optimistic spirit and attitude the project manager should bring to the team, This is the requirement of the "leader. For project managers, it is necessary to increase the intensity of assessment, clear rewards and punishments, and improve the enthusiasm of managers.
