Formulate and improve the work resumption plan during epidemic prevention and control period, emergency plan for sudden epidemic on construction site and other systems, establish work resumption management and epidemic prevention and control organization system, strengthen post responsibilities, clarify epidemic prevention and control responsibilities, personnel division, work resumption measures and epidemic prevention and control emergency process. The epidemic prevention and control records such as the inventory statistics of epidemic prevention materials, the standing book of epidemic prevention materials in and out of the warehouse, the standing book of personnel health information, the records of disinfection and ventilation in the site, the detection records of personnel temperature and blood oxygen saturation, and the standing book of isolation observation information are complete, and the traces of process management are retained.

Epidemic prevention materials are fully equipped

It is required that epidemic prevention materials must be purchased from formal channels. The quantity of materials can meet the use requirements for at least two weeks according to the number of personnel entering the site, and emergency medicine boxes and common drugs for treating colds, fever and so on are equipped. All materials shall be recorded in and out of the warehouse. All materials shall be stored by classification. Masks shall be closed and 84 disinfectants shall be stored separately from alcohol with obvious marks.

Solid site management

Full time health workers (at least one per 100 people) shall be assigned to supervise and urge the implementation of various prevention and control measures, establish personnel health account, and urge employees to wear masks and do a good job in personal protection during operation. The key areas of personnel activities shall be disinfected at least twice a day, ventilated 2 to 3 times a day, and the disinfection records shall be posted on the wall. Effective labor management measures

At the same time, all units shall do a good job in remote screening of labor personnel before returning to the site. Each returning personnel shall provide remote detection certificates, mobile roaming vouchers and unclassified query vouchers. All labor personnel who are expected to return before March 30 will be transported point-to-point by chartered car, special car or self driving.

Strengthen publicity and education on epidemic prevention and control

All units are required to post epidemic prevention and control bulletin boards, set up epidemic prevention knowledge bulletin boards, and post publicity banners and warning slogans in obvious places such as office areas and living areas. At the same time, publicity and training on epidemic prevention knowledge and epidemic prevention requirements for resumption of work shall be carried out for the personnel entering the site, and training materials shall be provided. The number of trainees in a single training shall not exceed 30. The place with good ventilation shall be selected for training and education, and the participants shall keep a certain safe distance.
