Kunshan Xinxin Kechuang Complex Project

The Group's first "EPC + Investment + Operation" project, Kunshan Xinxin Science and Technology Complex, is a key project in Suzhou City in 2020, making every effort to build a national first-class industrial science and technology center with international influence. Its high-end residence Deyuan Fenghui successfully completed the centralized delivery on May 31, with 363 groups of customers present, with a delivery rate of 100. Next, the project department will make every effort to push forward the acceptance of the Kechuang office area and prepare for the opening of the Kechuang office area on June 30.

　　

 

Zhongguancun Hot Spring Science and Technology Park Phase II Project

The project is a "diversified, open and integrated" social park built by Wenquan Town and the whole town. It is a key project of Beijing in 2020 and 2021. The total construction area of the project is 167200 square meters, which is composed of 12 collective industrial houses, 1 public supporting facility building, underground garage and others. On May 29, the main structure of the project was fully capped and passed the acceptance of Beijing's "Structural Great Wall Cup.

　　

 

Tianjin Jincheng Mansion Project

The project is located in Beichen District, Tianjin, with a total construction area of 95218 square meters. The project includes high-rise residential buildings, foreign houses, kindergartens and commercial facilities. At present, kindergartens and commercial facilities have been successfully delivered, and buildings 2# and 3# have been successfully capped on may 18.

　　

 

Tianjin Jinchengxi Mansion Project

The project is one of the largest residential groups in Beichen District, Tianjin, with a construction area of more than 200,000 square meters. It consists of 19 single units, 1 supporting kindergarten and 6 auxiliary facilities. 15% of the building structure adopts prefabricated construction. Up to now, 11 buildings have been capped, and a total of 712 on-site civil construction, secondary structure, hardcover and other construction personnel are setting off a construction climax, with the goal of "6.15" all capped.

　　

 

First Open Xiyue Libo Project

The project is located in the 04 block of Changyang Town, Fangshan District, Beijing. It is a public rental housing and common property housing in Fangshan District. After completion, it will become a key livelihood security project in the region, with a total construction area of 136500 square meters. By the end of May, 11 main buildings had been fully capped and successfully passed the acceptance of Beijing's structural "Great Wall Cup" and "Beijing Green and Safe Construction Site.

　　

 

Changping District Sshigezhuang Street Collective Economic Industrial Housing Project

The project is a "biomedical collective industry demonstration park" integrating R & D office, pilot production and service supporting ". The total land area of the project is 80800 square meters, and the total construction area is about 289000 square meters, including garage, equipment room and supporting facilities. At present, all foundation treatment works of the project have been completed, and 5 sections of raft foundation have been poured.

　　

 

Tongzhou Guoyu Future Joy Project

The project is one of the eight high-standard projects launched in Beijing in 2021, with a total construction area of 81512 square meters, including 5 residential buildings, 2 public buildings and underground garages. At present, the steel columns and beams on the 9th floor of the 11# building steel structure have been installed, and the project team is fully striving for the goal of "6.30" structural capping.

　　

 

Phase III Project of Pingfang Township Housing

Up to now, the 3# and 5# building structures of the project have been capped and have entered the secondary structure construction stage. The project has successfully completed the green, safe and civilized construction site excellence acceptance and the first structural Great Wall Cup quality excellence acceptance in May, which has been highly evaluated by experts. It is planned to complete the second quality excellence acceptance in mid-to-late June.
