In 2017, the Northern Company did not forget its original aspirations and moved forward courageously. In accordance with the work plan formulated at the beginning of the year, it continued to make efforts and steadily advanced. Various economic indicators were successfully completed and a satisfactory answer was delivered. 2018 is the first year of the company's group development, and it is also an important year of the "Three Five-Year Plan". Opportunities and challenges coexist. In order to realize the second take-off of the enterprise and the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise, the company organized a 2018 work seminar from January 11 to 13. On the basis of summarizing the gains and losses in 2017, 69 people including the construction sector, investment sector, development sector leadership team, sub-branch managers, department managers, some project managers and key employees gathered together to actively discuss the contents of the "3 5" strategy, the implementation of the 2016-2017 strategy, the 2018-2020 strategic KPI indicators, the 2018 work ideas, and the development of various business sectors, so as to start a new journey of enterprise development.

During the seminar, the company invited two experts and teachers in the industry to interpret the macroeconomic and industry situation for everyone, open up ideas and innovate thinking. Subsequently, the participants comprehensively reviewed the contents of the "three-five" strategy, reflected and summarized the implementation of the strategy from 2016 to 2017, and compared the deviation against the strategic objectives. Personnel in the construction, real estate and investment sectors conducted PEST analysis of the external environment and SWOT analysis based on PEST respectively, and comprehensively combed the strategic KPI indicators from 2018 to 2020 from the financial level, customer level, process level and learning growth level. In the group discussion, the three sections discussed and refined the strategic KPI indicators for 2018 according to the sorted out strategic KPI indicators for 2018 to 2020. At the same time, each plate selected 3-5 propositions, a special discussion. During the two-and-a-half-day discussion, everyone spoke freely, brainstormed, and offered suggestions on the company's development, gathering a strong driving force and a clear direction for the company's new development.

This meeting resumed the past and looked forward to the future, especially the discussion of strategic KPI indicators, which played an extremely important role in promoting the company's future work ideas. Everyone discussed the topics and jointly felt the pulse for the development of the enterprise. General Manager Zhang Quan pointed out that the atmosphere of this seminar was warm, the demonstration was sufficient, and the established results were achieved. The meeting was very successful. The participants really started from themselves, combined with the actual situation of the company, discussed the development plan of the enterprise, and put forward a lot of targeted, forward-looking, professional and guiding rationalization opinions. After the meeting, the company will timely absorb the operational and constructive opinions into the future work plan, and make positive efforts for the smooth realization of the company's work.

The wisdom of the participants in this seminar collided and exchanged opinions, which achieved good results and pointed out the direction for the company's development. In the past year, the company took the group reform as the main line, deeply explored the new idea of "second entrepreneurship" of enterprises, planned and determined the transformation and upgrading of the three major sectors of construction, development and investment, and opened up a new situation of coordinated development and common prosperity of the "troika. In the new year, we must continue to grasp the national policy orientation, adhere to the general tone of the work of seeking progress while maintaining stability, face difficulties, have the courage to change, move steadily, dare to innovate, keep up with the pace of group development, and combine strategic requirements. Find the right direction of enterprise development, carry out work with a more positive attitude and more vigorous passion, and provide a source of power for the realization of the enterprise's second take-off.
