Recently, North Group held the "2017 Safety and Labor Work and 2018 Spring Construction and Production Mobilization Conference. The meeting implemented the spirit of the 2018 work report of the general manager of North Group, summarized the construction and production work of North Group in 2017, commended advanced units and individuals, and deployed the key work in 2018. The meeting required all units to mobilize and deploy early, and quickly set off a major upsurge, so as to make a good start and a good start for the realization of the annual development goals of the Northern Group!

At the meeting, Wang Zhenxing, deputy general manager and chief engineer, made a construction and production mobilization report entitled "clear objectives, strict management, strengthening service and cohesion to make a good step for the development of northern collectivization". Tian Kang, manager of the safety management department, publicized and carried out the "Ten Mandatory Regulations on Safety Management of Beijing Urban Construction Group (Revised Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as "Ten Strong Regulations"). Wang Wei, deputy chief engineer and manager of the technical quality department manager; cui Xiaoli, deputy general manager and chief economist, read out four commendation notices, including the circular on commending advanced units and individuals in production safety and green construction in 2017, and commended the award-winning units and individuals.

At the meeting, General Manager Zhang Quan, while reviewing and affirming the construction and production work in 2017, put forward specific requirements for this year's construction and production, quality and safety and labor management respectively. Mr. Zhang pointed out that all units should make every effort to prepare for the resumption of work, strengthen the overall allocation of resources, and ensure the full implementation of the project. Safety and quality are the top priorities of enterprise management. If the construction enterprise is a car, then safety and quality are the two wheels of the car. No matter which wheel goes wrong, it will affect the normal operation of the vehicle. Therefore, all units must attach importance to quality and safety to ensure that there can be no responsible accidents. In terms of labor services, all units are required to strengthen labor management, achieve mutual benefit and win-win results with labor subcontracting enterprises, study the new situation of labor management, and innovate methods and methods.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman Hu Xiang in his speech, the first group of reform results were interpreted. He pointed out that corporate culture provides a steady stream of impetus for the development of enterprises. On the way forward, the result culture, tolerance culture, and gratitude culture cannot be changed; the execution of orders and prohibitions cannot be changed; the concept of customer first cannot be changed. With regard to the construction and production work in 2018, Mr. Hu put forward several requirements and hopes. First, all units should attach great importance to and earnestly study the "Strong Ten Measures" and run through the red line consciousness. Second, all departments and offices of the government should implement the "service 3.0" and take the initiative to go out to provide guidance and services for the front line. Third, the first responsible person of each unit should handle the relationship between safety and production, safety and efficiency, safety and stability, safety and development, and improve the understanding of safe production. Fourth, quality is the foundation, which is related to the reputation and development of enterprises. All units should win the market with quality. Fifth, I would like to express my gratitude to the labor service enterprises that have been cooperating well with the North Group, and require all units of the company to be people-oriented and do a good job in labor management to ensure a stable and orderly site. At the same time, it is also hoped that all labor service enterprises can cooperate sincerely along the strategic objectives of the Northern Group.
