The land development project in the area of the first cement plant for shantytown reconstruction in Hebei town, Fangshan District (relocation resettlement housing plot) is one of the key projects for shantytown reconstruction in Fangshan District, Beijing. It is located on the highland of the former site of the first cement plant of Shuangshan cement group in Banbidian Village, Hebei town, Fangshan District. It is jointly developed by Fangshan District government and Beijing tus maohuake company. It is the first shantytown reconstruction project in Beijing to adopt PPP mode. The project covers an area of about 100 mu, with a total construction area of about 198000 square meters and a total cost of 930 million yuan. A total of 16 residential buildings and 13 supporting small units will be relocated and resettled to the villagers of Banbidian village, cijiawu village, Wanfo hall and Huangtupo village. At present, the project has basically completed the construction node goal of plus or minus zero for the main structure, which is the fastest progress project among many shed reconstruction projects in Fangshan District. It is expected that by the first half of next year, villagers will successively carry out house selection, turn key and check-in procedures.
