It is the first shantytown renovation project in Beijing to operate in PPP mode. The project covers an area of about 100 mu, with a total construction area of about 198000 square meters and a total cost of 0.93 billion yuan. There are 16 residential buildings and 13 supporting small units. Villagers from the four villages of Banbidian Village, Cijia, Wanfotang and Huangtupo will be relocated. At present, the project has basically completed the construction node target of positive and negative zero for the main structure, which is the fastest progress project among many shed renovation projects in Fangshan District. It is expected that by the first half of next year, villagers' housing selection, turnkey and check-in procedures will be carried out one after another.

During the investigation, the leaders of Fangshan District briefly listened to the progress of the shantytown renovation project and the introduction of the relocation and resettlement work, and went to the construction site for on-the-spot investigation.
