On February 10, the 2018 work conference and the second workers' Congress of Beijing urban construction north company were grandly held in Beiyuan Conference Center. At the meeting, Wang De, chairman of the company, read out the announcement on the establishment of Beijing urban construction North Group Co., Ltd. The chairman pointed out that the establishment of the group is to better improve the corporate governance structure, improve the management level of modern group enterprises, improve the operation efficiency of enterprises, and further enhance the resource integration ability and core competitiveness of enterprises. At the meeting, Wu Dan, chairman of the trade union, made a report on the filing of employee proposals at the workers' Congress; Yang Xu, chief accountant, made the 2017 financial work report; Cui Xiaoli, deputy general manager and chief economist, read out the 2017 reward notice for scientific and technological innovation and quality excellence, the reward notice for small innovation and big reward in 2017, the reward and punishment notice for comprehensive evaluation in the second half of 2017, the reward notice for secondary business innovation and the report on the evaluation results of projects in 2017, and presented awards to the winning units and individuals.

Zhang Quan, general manager of North group, made a report entitled "strategic guidance, seeking progress in stability, coordinated development, improving quality and efficiency, and creating a new situation of collectivized development". The report comprehensively reviewed and summarized the work in 2017. The report points out that in the past year, the company has actively responded to the complex economic situation and accelerated innovation and development. Under the leadership of the board of directors, in accordance with the work objectives set at the beginning of the year, guided by the "third five year plan" development strategy, led by market development and focused on optimizing internal management, the company overcame difficulties and made progress. The main economic indicators reached a new record, opening a new chapter of the company's "third five year plan" development strategy.
