On May 9, the group organized a special meeting on the pilot application scheme of smart construction site this year, the future development ideas and work plan of BIM work in Jingchang road wedge green space project. Wang de Germany, chairman of the group, Wang Zhenxing, deputy general manager and chief engineer, personnel from technology and quality management department, engineering management department, BIM studio, Guanglianda company and main managers of Jingchang road wedge green space project attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Wang de Germany, chairman of the group, stressed that first, the functional departments of the company's organs should take the lead in "organizing innovation and promoting innovation", so as to achieve "if the project is willing to use, the company is easy to promote"; Second, summarize excellent project management experience and methods, organize promotion, guide and support the management progress of young project teams; Third, do a good job in BIM training and BIM personnel development planning. By the end of this strategic cycle, the main engineering and technical management personnel of the project should master BIM software. BIM application and promotion should pay attention to practicality. Every year, there should be a technical project to study BIM application points, which should be effective every year, and gradually form the core competitiveness of the company from bit by bit progress; Fourth, the construction of smart construction sites should be from a practical point of view, avoid "large and comprehensive" formalism, compare the application effect of pilot construction sites with other construction sites, calculate the cost savings and benefits, summarize the actual effect of smart construction sites, and form work norms and processes.
