对于今后的工作,王董提出了几点建议,一是认真做好经验教训的总结分析工作,明确企业工作的重心和着力点,针对企业出现的问题,公司领导、业务系统要认真分析案例,做好长期的解决办法和预控。比如对于企业创新,要紧密结合行业趋势,把如何提高工作效率、降低成本作为创新永恒的主题,今年遇到的劳动力问题,可能会在今后一定时期都会存在,这种情况下,结合劳动力市场的发展形势,创新工作就应该把研究重点放在推进机械化、信息化的发展上,这样才能确保我们的工作真正落在实处。二是要树立大成本的意识,结合市场的条件,重点关注工期等关键履约指标的情况下,综合考虑工程各项成本支出,千万不能仅纠结于个别指标和局部利益而影响到整体成本和最终的效益,乃至影响到企业品牌。三是如何正确看待考核和评价。企业对项目和个人的评价,是体现在工作业绩上,功过是非都有明确考核和评价标准,人员也会纳入公司培养和考核的客观评价体系,包括评岗和评级等,不会仅因为项目存在的经营风险,而全面否定了基层员工的工作业绩和最终结果。
