On January 26, the 2019 work conference and the third workers' Congress of the second session of Beijing urban construction north group were grandly held. At the meeting, Wu Dan, chairman of the trade union, made a report on the completion of the proposal of the 2018 workers' Congress and the filing of the 2019 case; Qi Chen, director, deputy general manager and chief financial officer, made the 2018 financial work report; Director Guo Fumin read out the enterprise internal control evaluation report; Cui Xiaoli, deputy general manager and chief economist, read out five circulars, including the notice on Commendation of the northern medal, advanced units and outstanding individuals in 2018, the notice on rewards for scientific and technological innovation and quality excellence in 2018, the notice on the results of the assessment of the project in 2018, the notice on the evaluation and punishment of the comprehensive examination in the second half of 2018 and the notice on the commendation of "virtuous internal help" in 2018, and the leaders of the group presented awards to the winning units and individuals.

Zhang Quan, general manager of the group, made a work report entitled "focusing on strategy, culture driven, precise policy implementation, strengthening the foundation and strengthening the foundation, and making every effort to write a new chapter in the coordinated development of the group", comprehensively reviewed the work in 2018 and deployed the work in 2019. The report points out that 2018 is the first year of enterprise group construction, which has encountered a complex and changing economic situation in the industry. Facing the challenges of the market, Beifang group rose to the challenges, guided by the "third five year plan" development strategy, adhered to the established work objectives, actively promoted the coordinated development of the three sectors, stimulated the driving force of corporate culture, all employees worked hard, fought tenaciously, successfully completed the main work objectives of the year against the trend, and initially realized the new development achievements of the group's "Second Entrepreneurship". 2019 is a key year for deepening the development of the group, comprehensively realizing the strategic transformation of the enterprise and improving the management quality. It will play a key role in the successful realization of the "third five year plan strategic objectives". The group will focus on the following aspects. At the meeting, vice chairman Hu Xiang read out the order of issuing the outline of enterprise development management. Chairman Wang Germany signed the 2019 performance contract with the heads of the three sectors respectively; Zhang Quan, the general manager, signed the letter of responsibility for target management with the representative of Xinkai project; Guo Jianmin, deputy general manager and general manager of Deyuan industry, signed a letter of responsibility with the person in charge of Zhuozhou project; Comrade Wu GUI, Secretary of the Party committee, signed the letter of responsibility for party conduct and clean government with representatives of subsidiaries and branches and representatives of new projects.
