In order to promote the building of a learning community for enterprise executives and strengthen communication, on March 28, North Group held the first executive reading and sharing meeting. 28 senior managers quoted Drucker's classic views in effective managers to talk about enterprise management.
Chairman Wang Germany first shared his reading experience for many years and explained the importance of reading from four aspects: promoting work, self-examination, teaching by example and learning by executives are also a kind of social responsibility. Continuous learning has always been one of the strengthened organizational capabilities of the group, and has gradually become a work requirement for leaders at all levels. Mr. Wang hopes to further strengthen the role model and responsibility of the senior management team through reading and sharing activities, and promote the unity of the concept, thinking, style and language of the senior management team, so as to lead the group to build a learning organization. Then, the other seven leaders, based on their theoretical learning experience and combined with their perception of work practice, shared their reading and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with the participants. The atmosphere at the venue was warm and harmonious. After the event, after anonymous voting, Liu Daixiang, director and deputy general manager of the group, won the best sharing award of the executive reading sharing meeting.
Chairman Wang Germany finally pointed out that reading and learning must be combined with practical activities. As enterprise managers, especially senior managers, they have been struggling in their respective fields and posts for many years, and have been experienced in enterprise development and times change. With the growth of experience, they feel that the unity of knowledge and practice is rare and valuable. I hope you can settle down and examine yourself, sort out life and precipitate wisdom through reading, so as to be internalized in your heart and externalized in your behavior. At the same time, we should give full play to the responsibility of the "leader", set an example of continuous learning, teach by example, and influence and drive the formation of enterprise learning atmosphere.
"Effective manager" is a classic book on management. The result culture advocated by northern group is a pursuit of effective work. It is reported that the executive reading sharing meeting will continue, and the learning and sharing of five classic books will be completed in 2020. The group aims to strengthen horizontal communication and learning exchanges among leaders through reading, sharing, discussion and comments. This year, North group takes the management training of middle and senior managers as an important work of cadre team construction.
