Chairman Wang Germany first shared his years of reading experience and explained the importance of reading from four aspects: promoting work, self-examination, senior management's words and deeds, and learning is also a kind of social responsibility. Continuous learning has always been one of the strengthening organizational capabilities of the Group and has gradually become a job requirement for leaders at all levels. Wang Dong hopes to further strengthen the example and responsibility of the senior management team through reading and sharing activities, and promote the unity of the concept, thinking, style and language of the senior management team, so as to lead the group to build a learning organization. Then, the other 7 leaders, based on their theoretical learning experience and combined with their work practice, conducted reading and sharing, and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with the participants. The atmosphere of the venue was warm and harmonious. After the event, after anonymous voting, Liu Daixiang, director and deputy general manager of the group, won the best sharing award of the executive reading sharing meeting.
