The needs and difficulties of the grassroots have been actively responded to one by one, and various tasks have been further deepened.

In order to do a good job in the twinning and co-construction activities of the party branch, the party committee of the group, based on the daily investigation and grasp of the situation, and actively solicited the opinions and suggestions of the system leaders, carefully identified the four twinning units of the municipal business department, Xinghong Company, Fangzhuang Project, and Chenyubei Seven, to carry out targeted assistance activities to effectively improve the purpose and effectiveness of the activities. Since the launch of the activity, the party branches of the group headquarters and other organs have successively asked the grass-roots units in need through research, discussion and other forms to find out the problems, put the activities into practice, and improve the effect of the activities. According to statistics, at present, the four agency branch groups have collected more than 30 assistance issues, covering production, operation, human resources, comprehensive management and other aspects. These problems were answered on the spot by relevant party members at the investigation site. Problems that need to be followed up within a certain period of time are also claimed by party members on the spot, and solutions are formulated to continuously follow up and urge the implementation of the problems.

In line with the principle of "promoting party building by co-construction, promoting work style by co-construction, promoting promotion by co-construction, and promoting development by co-construction", the group party committee actively carried out "pairing and co-construction" between party branches and grass-roots units, and formed a party building pattern of complementary advantages, resource sharing and coordinated development between party branches and grass-roots units through activities.
