Recently, the system successfully passed the acceptance, and in the group Kunshan GCL Xin Kechuang complex and other projects to be applied, the effect is obvious. It is understood that the system is the first in Suzhou, the province's leading.

The system consists of "4 libraries, 1 list and 1 platform", I .e. establishing enterprise library, project library, personnel library and model family library, formulating unified component code list and unified BIM collaborative management platform, thus establishing a "411" BIM technology application technology system that meets the requirements of assembly building design and construction. The system construction is mainly divided into four parts: assembly building management platform, mobile APP, Revit-based plug-in set, BIM lightweight platform. Through this system, Kunshan City will further strengthen the project statistics, design tracking, prefabricated assembly rate audit, construction management and component traceability of prefabricated buildings, carry out the whole process management of prefabricated buildings, further promote the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings, and promote the modernization of the construction industry.

In the project planning stage, the Group's Kunshan Xinxin Science and Technology Complex project determined the use of BIM full life cycle management. During the construction process, the project department actively responded to the call of relevant government departments, vigorously promoted the application of BIM technology, and used the "BIM smart site" management system to complete the construction site schedule, manpower, materials, machinery, quality, safety, and labor management, and cooperated with the completion of data upload, Application deepening and other work have established a good corporate brand image in information construction, which has been highly recognized and fully affirmed by relevant departments.
