Two scientific and technological achievements of the group reached the domestic leading level


On April 1, Beijing Municipal Commission of housing and urban rural development appraised the scientific and technological achievements of the group's "research and application of construction technology of super large ceramic veneer" and "research and application of integration technology of 3D scanning and holographic image of old buildings. Beijing Municipal Housing and Construction Commission Science and Technology Department, urban construction group related leaders, group chief engineer Wang Zhenxing to participate.

The experts of the appraisal committee listened to the report of the research group and reviewed the relevant appraisal materials. After questioning and discussion, they unanimously agreed to pass the appraisal, and both results reached the domestic leading level.

The research group of "Research and Application of Construction Technology of Super Large Ceramic Decorative Panel" relies on the first phase of fine decoration project of Chengao Building of Zhongbang Decoration Company to carry out research and application on the technical problems in the construction of super large ceramic decorative panel. On the basis of analyzing and comparing various installation methods, a dry hanging method was developed and a dry hanging system was designed, which effectively solved a series of technical problems such as the production, transportation, installation and finished product protection of super-large ceramic decorative panels. The reinforcement technology of aluminum profile frame back ribs of super-large ceramic decorative panels was developed to enhance the overall rigidity of the panels and ensure the construction safety. Factory production and on-site unit dry hanging technology were adopted to improve the construction efficiency, the installation accuracy is guaranteed.

The research group of "Research and Application of Integration Technology of 3D Scanning and Holographic Image of Old Buildings" relies on the renovation project of the Group's Erqi Factory-Six Degrees of Freedom Training Hall, and in conjunction with Guangzhou Sikan Surveying and Mapping Co., Ltd., the research and application of integration technology of 3D scanning and holographic image of old buildings are carried out, which can provide reference for digital survey of old building renovation projects. This technology optimizes the data accuracy and collection efficiency of 3D point cloud and panoramic model, and provides technical support for rapid recording and comprehensive archiving for architectural heritage protection and renovation. The real-time switching technology between panoramic image and 3D point cloud is developed, which realizes the lightweight application of data query and saves manpower, financial resources and time cost for architectural renovation design. Through the conversion technology of 3D point cloud and 2D mapping drawings, an interface is reserved for interfacing with the BIM platform.

At this scientific and technological achievement meeting, the group organized and completed complete technical materials, with strong innovation, significant economic and social benefits, which met the appraisal requirements and the development needs of the industry. Experts from the appraisal committee affirmed the group's scientific and technological research and development work and encouraged scientific and technological personnel to make persistent efforts to continuously promote technological innovation in the industry.
